【摘要】：人工智能體的擬主體性賦予了人工智能特有的擬倫理角色。通過對此擬倫理角色的分析,可以看到人工智能的價值審度與倫理調(diào)適的基本路徑應為負責任的創(chuàng)新和主體權利保護。立足對合成智能與人造勞動者的價值審度,可提出尋求算法決策與算法權力的公正性,呼喚更加透明、可理解和可追責的智能系統(tǒng),反思智能化的合理性及其與人的存在價值的沖突等價值訴求。應從有限自主與交互智能體概念出發(fā),進一步展開對人工智能的價值校準和倫理調(diào)適,這不僅有助于把握人工智能倫理研究與相關倫理規(guī)范和標準的內(nèi)涵,還可揭示"科技—產(chǎn)業(yè)—倫理"異質(zhì)性實踐所應有的明智。
[Abstract]:The pseudo-subjectivity of artificial intelligence endows artificial intelligence with its unique role of quasi-ethics. Through the analysis of the role of pseudo-ethics, we can see that the basic path of value evaluation and ethical adjustment of artificial intelligence should be responsible innovation and protection of subject rights. Based on the value evaluation of synthetic intelligence and artificial labor, we can propose to seek the fairness of algorithm decision-making and algorithm power, and call for a more transparent, comprehensible and accountable intelligent system. Reflect on the rationality of intelligence and its value conflicts with human existence. Starting from the concept of limited autonomy and interactive agent, we should further develop the value calibration and ethical adjustment of artificial intelligence, which is not only helpful to grasp the connotation of the ethical research of artificial intelligence and related ethical norms and standards. It can also reveal the wisdom of the heterogeneous practice of S & T-industry-ethics.
