【摘要】：集裝箱植物工廠相對(duì)于其他的大型植物工廠體積比較小,在小空間里需要完成作物栽培架和環(huán)境調(diào)控設(shè)備的布置,通過智能環(huán)境控制技術(shù)完成對(duì)環(huán)境因子的控制。在植物工廠控制技術(shù)研究方面,美國(guó)、日本和歐洲國(guó)家走在了中國(guó)的前面,作為學(xué)習(xí)者,中國(guó)從1990年左右才開始研究植物工廠,進(jìn)入新世紀(jì)后,我國(guó)對(duì)國(guó)外的植物工廠環(huán)境控制技術(shù)進(jìn)行了學(xué)習(xí)和創(chuàng)新,植物工廠目前在我國(guó)還主要處在科研階段,但是研究的意義重大�，F(xiàn)階段研發(fā)的植物工廠控制系統(tǒng),普遍懫用可編程控制器作為主控制器,并結(jié)合控制算法進(jìn)行控制,這使得系統(tǒng)成本相對(duì)較高,并且傳統(tǒng)的控制應(yīng)用在微型植物工廠這類耦合性較強(qiáng)、非線性、大滯后系統(tǒng)時(shí)無法很好的滿足控制要求,控制效果往往不太理想。本設(shè)計(jì)完成了基于LPC2368微控制器的植物工廠控制系統(tǒng),在硬件方面,本文完成了控制器硬件電路的設(shè)計(jì),包括供電電路、串行通信電路、隔離輸出模塊電路的設(shè)計(jì),在軟件方面,移植了嵌入式實(shí)時(shí)操作系統(tǒng)μC/OS-II,并在此基礎(chǔ)上編寫了應(yīng)用軟件,通過觸摸屏生產(chǎn)公司提供的軟件進(jìn)行人機(jī)交互界面開發(fā),通過觸摸屏可以隨時(shí)修改環(huán)境因子參數(shù)和查詢歷史數(shù)據(jù)。在綜合分析小型植物工廠內(nèi)部環(huán)境因子特點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上,選取對(duì)作物生長(zhǎng)起決定作用的溫度和濕度作為主要研究對(duì)象。針對(duì)熱慣性大的問題,提出了Ramp時(shí)間等概念。對(duì)于溫濕度耦合問題,采用溫濕度聯(lián)動(dòng)控制,在除濕的時(shí)候采用先加溫再降溫除濕的方法,最后總結(jié)出了8不同情況下的植物工廠環(huán)境因子控制邏輯,解決了存在的這些問題。通過長(zhǎng)時(shí)間的實(shí)驗(yàn)運(yùn)行和通過做有針對(duì)的實(shí)驗(yàn)證明此控制邏輯具有較好的控制效果。
[Abstract]:The container plant plant is smaller than the other large plant plants. In the small space, it is necessary to complete the arrangement of crop cultivation frame and environmental control equipment and control the environmental factors through intelligent environmental control technology. In the field of plant plant control technology research, the United States, Japan and European countries are in front of China. As a learner, China began to study plant plant from around 1990. After entering the new century, China has studied and innovates the technology of environmental control in plant factories abroad. Plant factories are still in the stage of scientific research in our country, but the research is of great significance. The programmable controller is the main controller, which is controlled with the control algorithm, which makes the system cost relatively high, and the traditional control is applied in the micro plant plant such as the strong coupling, nonlinear and large lag system, which can not meet the control requirements well. The control effect is often not ideal. The design is completed based on LPC2368 In the hardware aspect, the hardware circuit of the controller is designed, including the power supply circuit, the serial communication circuit, the isolation output module circuit, the software, the embedded real-time operating system mu C/OS-II, and the application software based on the touch screen on the basis of the software. The software provided by the company carries out human computer interaction interface development, and can modify the environmental factor parameters and query historical data at any time through the touch screen. On the basis of the comprehensive analysis of the characteristics of the internal environmental factors in the small plant plant, the temperature and humidity which determines the growth of the crop growth are selected as the main research object. The concept of Ramp time is proposed. For the coupling of temperature and humidity, the temperature and humidity linkage control is adopted, and the method of temperature and humidity removal is adopted at the time of dehumidification. At last, the control logic of plant environmental factors under 8 different conditions is summed up, and the existing problems are solved. Experiments show that the control logic has good control effect.
