【摘要】：論文根據(jù)玉柴生產線個性化業(yè)務特點,對玉柴船舶發(fā)動機信息采集系統(tǒng)進行了開發(fā)和設計。系統(tǒng)結合信息采集、存儲相關技術,實現(xiàn)了生產信息采集、生產過程控制及裝配數(shù)據(jù)的儲存;以模塊化的設計理念,對系統(tǒng)進行模塊化分析與設計,保障系統(tǒng)模塊獨立,便于開發(fā)與維護;利用Web Socket技術,保障企業(yè)部門間的密切配合,實現(xiàn)企業(yè)部門信息同步處理。論文通過對訂單下達及上線打印模塊、分線上線及上總線模塊、涂裝噴漆打包下線模塊、看板管理模塊、接口管理模塊五個重要環(huán)節(jié)進行分析和設計,從而完成系統(tǒng)開發(fā)。目前,系統(tǒng)已應用到實際生產中,并且在企業(yè)管理和生產中得到良好反饋。系統(tǒng)提供了友好的信息交互平臺,在滿足企業(yè)功能需求的同時,實現(xiàn)生產作業(yè)可視化動態(tài)監(jiān)控,便于操作者、企業(yè)部門人員快速了解生產過程信息,便于生產裝配。系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)使得整個發(fā)動機裝配過程變的簡單、方便的同時,保障了產品裝配過程數(shù)據(jù)的及時、準確。
[Abstract]:According to the characteristic of individual operation of Yuchai production line, the information collection system of Yuchai ship engine is developed and designed in this paper. The system realizes production information collection, production process control and assembly data storage by combining information collection and storage technology, and carries out modular analysis and design of the system with modular design concept, which ensures the independence of system modules. It is easy to develop and maintain, and make use of Web Socket technology to ensure the close cooperation between enterprise departments and realize the synchronous processing of enterprise department information. Through the analysis and design of five important links: order delivery and on-line printing module, sub-line and bus module, painting and paint packaging module, Kanban management module and interface management module, the system development is completed. At present, the system has been applied to actual production, and good feedback in enterprise management and production. The system provides a friendly platform for information exchange, which can meet the functional requirements of enterprises, realize visual and dynamic monitoring of production operations, facilitate operators and enterprise personnel to quickly understand production process information, and facilitate production assembly. The development of the system makes the whole engine assembly process simple and convenient, and ensures the timely and accurate assembly process data.
