【摘要】：論文根據(jù)玉柴生產(chǎn)線個(gè)性化業(yè)務(wù)特點(diǎn),對(duì)玉柴船舶發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)信息采集系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了開發(fā)和設(shè)計(jì)。系統(tǒng)結(jié)合信息采集、存儲(chǔ)相關(guān)技術(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)了生產(chǎn)信息采集、生產(chǎn)過程控制及裝配數(shù)據(jù)的儲(chǔ)存;以模塊化的設(shè)計(jì)理念,對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行模塊化分析與設(shè)計(jì),保障系統(tǒng)模塊獨(dú)立,便于開發(fā)與維護(hù);利用Web Socket技術(shù),保障企業(yè)部門間的密切配合,實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)部門信息同步處理。論文通過對(duì)訂單下達(dá)及上線打印模塊、分線上線及上總線模塊、涂裝噴漆打包下線模塊、看板管理模塊、接口管理模塊五個(gè)重要環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行分析和設(shè)計(jì),從而完成系統(tǒng)開發(fā)。目前,系統(tǒng)已應(yīng)用到實(shí)際生產(chǎn)中,并且在企業(yè)管理和生產(chǎn)中得到良好反饋。系統(tǒng)提供了友好的信息交互平臺(tái),在滿足企業(yè)功能需求的同時(shí),實(shí)現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)作業(yè)可視化動(dòng)態(tài)監(jiān)控,便于操作者、企業(yè)部門人員快速了解生產(chǎn)過程信息,便于生產(chǎn)裝配。系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)使得整個(gè)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)裝配過程變的簡(jiǎn)單、方便的同時(shí),保障了產(chǎn)品裝配過程數(shù)據(jù)的及時(shí)、準(zhǔn)確。
[Abstract]:According to the characteristic of individual operation of Yuchai production line, the information collection system of Yuchai ship engine is developed and designed in this paper. The system realizes production information collection, production process control and assembly data storage by combining information collection and storage technology, and carries out modular analysis and design of the system with modular design concept, which ensures the independence of system modules. It is easy to develop and maintain, and make use of Web Socket technology to ensure the close cooperation between enterprise departments and realize the synchronous processing of enterprise department information. Through the analysis and design of five important links: order delivery and on-line printing module, sub-line and bus module, painting and paint packaging module, Kanban management module and interface management module, the system development is completed. At present, the system has been applied to actual production, and good feedback in enterprise management and production. The system provides a friendly platform for information exchange, which can meet the functional requirements of enterprises, realize visual and dynamic monitoring of production operations, facilitate operators and enterprise personnel to quickly understand production process information, and facilitate production assembly. The development of the system makes the whole engine assembly process simple and convenient, and ensures the timely and accurate assembly process data.
