【摘要】:在工業(yè)自動(dòng)化日益普及的今天,可編程邏輯控制器(PLC)在各個(gè)應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域被更多更頻繁地使用,其扮演的角色也越發(fā)重要。當(dāng)今PLC正逐漸朝著體積小型化、功能集成度高、結(jié)構(gòu)模塊化的趨勢(shì)發(fā)展而演變,并且新一代的PLC性能將更高、成本更低。本論文在研究分析目前市場(chǎng)上現(xiàn)有PLC的功能結(jié)構(gòu)以及工作原理的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合現(xiàn)代工業(yè)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)需要,提出了一個(gè)基于STM32F103VCT6 MCU Cortex-M3處理器為核心的微型PLC設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)方案。本文首先對(duì)PLC的基本概念、工作原理,以及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)編程語(yǔ)言等進(jìn)行了介紹。在此基礎(chǔ)上,從硬件電路搭建、產(chǎn)品可靠性設(shè)計(jì)等幾方面,闡述了本文設(shè)計(jì)的微型PLC的主要原理思路和具體實(shí)現(xiàn)。本文工作實(shí)現(xiàn)了電路板的設(shè)計(jì)制作及安裝,并完成了系統(tǒng)的硬件及軟件調(diào)試,檢證了該P(yáng)LC的可靠性與合理性;赟TM32F103VCT6的微型PLC的研發(fā)提升了新一代PLC研發(fā)的開(kāi)放性與靈活性,同時(shí)也順應(yīng)了當(dāng)代PLC發(fā)展向著高性能,低成本的趨勢(shì),有著較高的實(shí)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:With the increasing popularity of industrial automation, PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) has been used more and more frequently in various application fields, and its role has become more and more important. Nowadays, PLC is developing towards the trend of miniaturization of volume, high integration of function and modularization of structure, and the new generation of PLC will have higher performance and lower cost. On the basis of studying and analyzing the functional structure and working principle of the existing PLC in the market, this paper presents a design and development scheme of micro PLC based on STM32F103VCT6 MCU Cortex-M3 processor. This paper first introduces the basic concept, working principle and standard programming language of PLC. On this basis, from the hardware circuit construction, product reliability design and other aspects, this paper describes the design of the main principle and implementation of the mini PLC. In this paper, the circuit board is designed and installed, the hardware and software of the system are debugged, and the reliability and rationality of the PLC are verified. The research and development of micro PLC based on STM32F103VCT6 enhances the openness and flexibility of the new generation of PLC R & D. At the same time, it conforms to the trend of the development of contemporary PLC towards high performance and low cost, and has higher practical value.
