基于優(yōu)先等級的震后應急物資LRP優(yōu)化決策模型

【摘要】:針對震后初期應急物資總量有限且不充足情形下的系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化問題,提出一個基于優(yōu)先等級的震后LRP優(yōu)化模型.考慮震后初期應急物資需求主要影響因素,利用可變集理論確定各受災點應急物資優(yōu)先級;在此基礎(chǔ)上,以整個救援過程總耗時最少為目標構(gòu)建選址定位-路徑優(yōu)化模型,針對模型特點設(shè)計了一種基于兩階段的遺傳算法.最后,通過算例驗證了模型及算法的可行性和有效性.
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problem of system optimization under the condition that the total quantity of emergency materials is limited and insufficient in the initial period of earthquake, a post-earthquake LRP optimization model based on priority grade is proposed. Considering the main influencing factors of the emergency material demand in the initial period of the earthquake, using the variable set theory to determine the priority of the emergency materials in the affected areas, and based on this, taking the total time of the whole rescue process as the target, the location-path optimization model is constructed. According to the characteristics of the model, a two-stage genetic algorithm is designed. Finally, the feasibility and validity of the model and algorithm are verified by an example.
