HM600注塑設(shè)備的遠(yuǎn)程控制方法研究及系統(tǒng)研制

【摘要】:精密的塑料制品在電子、醫(yī)療、汽車(chē)等領(lǐng)域應(yīng)用日益廣泛。低壓注塑機(jī)作為一種新型注塑成型設(shè)備,在近些年來(lái)也得到了廣泛的關(guān)注。隨著工業(yè)自動(dòng)化向綜合自動(dòng)化的發(fā)展,研發(fā)國(guó)產(chǎn)低壓注塑機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)有利于提高我國(guó)注塑機(jī)控制技術(shù)水平和使國(guó)產(chǎn)低壓注塑機(jī)在國(guó)際市場(chǎng)更具有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。結(jié)合組態(tài)技術(shù)與網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù),本文針對(duì)低壓注塑機(jī)遠(yuǎn)程控制方法展開(kāi)了研究。本文首先對(duì)現(xiàn)有低壓注塑機(jī)HM600的控制系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行深入的研究與分析,明確了HM600的工作原理和各部分關(guān)鍵單元的控制參數(shù)。其次根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)要去以及控制系統(tǒng)特點(diǎn),在組態(tài)王軟件平臺(tái)的支持下,以數(shù)據(jù)處理、操作模式、安全保護(hù)以及其他功能等模塊的劃分完成了本地控制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)。最后利用組態(tài)王軟件、H7210模塊以及其他網(wǎng)絡(luò)硬件設(shè)備,完成了控制系統(tǒng)在企業(yè)局域網(wǎng)、Web公網(wǎng)發(fā)布和移動(dòng)數(shù)據(jù)通信鏈路中的遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)。本文對(duì)低壓注塑機(jī)遠(yuǎn)程控制系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了測(cè)試實(shí)驗(yàn),測(cè)試實(shí)驗(yàn)表明本課題設(shè)計(jì)的遠(yuǎn)程控制系統(tǒng)達(dá)到預(yù)期的設(shè)計(jì)要求,能夠完成低壓注塑機(jī)本地實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控、設(shè)備維護(hù)以及遠(yuǎn)程控制工作。且該遠(yuǎn)程控制系統(tǒng)具有性能穩(wěn)定、自動(dòng)化程度高、操作使用方便等優(yōu)點(diǎn),能較好地滿足工廠生產(chǎn)要求,具有可觀的應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:Precision plastic products are widely used in the fields of electronics, medicine, automobile and so on. As a new type of injection molding equipment, low-pressure injection molding machine has been paid more and more attention in recent years. With the development of industrial automation to comprehensive automation, the research and development of domestic low pressure injection molding machine control system will help to improve the control technology level of domestic low pressure injection molding machine and make the domestic low pressure injection molding machine more competitive in the international market. Combined with configuration technology and network technology, the remote control method of low-voltage injection molding machine is studied in this paper. In this paper, the control system of HM600 of low pressure injection molding machine is studied and analyzed, and the working principle of HM600 and the control parameters of each key unit are clarified. Secondly, according to the characteristics of design and control system, the design of local control system is completed with the support of Kingview software platform and the partition of data processing, operation mode, security protection and other functions. Finally, the remote monitoring system design of the control system in the enterprise LAN / Web public network publishing and mobile data communication link is completed by using the configuration King software H7210 module and other network hardware equipment. The remote control system of low voltage injection molding machine is tested in this paper. The test results show that the remote control system designed in this paper meets the expected design requirements and can complete the local real-time monitoring of low pressure injection molding machine. Equipment maintenance and remote control. The remote control system has the advantages of stable performance, high degree of automation, convenient operation and so on. It can meet the requirements of factory production and has considerable application prospect.
