一種多孔電極氨氣傳感器的制備方法及性能檢測

【摘要】:為了提高傳感器的靈敏度和使用壽命,利用化學(xué)還原法制備了釕催化劑并對其進(jìn)行了X射線衍射(XRD)表征。在電極制備過程中,釕催化劑與造孔劑硝酸鉀的質(zhì)量比為2∶1,利用絲網(wǎng)印刷技術(shù)制備出多孔電極。將未加造孔劑和加造孔劑的電極分別進(jìn)行了掃描電鏡(SEM)表征并組裝成傳感器,在同等條件下對氨氣進(jìn)行檢測,分別通入不同濃度氨氣標(biāo)準(zhǔn)氣體,測得其靈敏度分別為230μA和450μA,響應(yīng)時間分別為103 s和40 s,恢復(fù)時間分別為115 s和60 s。加入造孔劑后,靈敏度提高了49%,響應(yīng)時間和恢復(fù)時間分別縮短了63 s和55 s,顯著提高了氨氣傳感器的性能。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the sensitivity and service life of the sensor, ruthenium catalyst was prepared by chemical reduction method and characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD). In the process of electrode preparation, the mass ratio of ruthenium catalyst and pore-making agent potassium nitrate was 2: 1. The porous electrode was prepared by screen printing technology. The electrodes without pore-making agent and pore-making agent were characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and assembled into a sensor. Ammonia gas was detected under the same conditions and passed into different concentrations of ammonia gas. The sensitivity is 230 渭 A and 450 渭 A, the response time is 103 s and 40 s, and the recovery time is 115 s and 60 s, respectively. After the addition of pore-forming agent, the sensitivity was increased by 49, the response time and recovery time were shortened by 63 s and 55 s, respectively, and the performance of ammonia gas sensor was improved significantly.
