基于PROTEUS的農(nóng)業(yè)溫室大棚溫度測控系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:隨著農(nóng)業(yè)溫室大棚迅速推廣和使用,適宜的農(nóng)作物生長環(huán)境下的蔬菜、水果等使人們的生活水平有了明顯提高。通過合理、適當(dāng)?shù)乜刂妻r(nóng)業(yè)溫室大棚環(huán)境因子如CO2濃度、溫濕度、光照度等,對于農(nóng)作物的生長至關(guān)重要。在眾多的因子中,溫度對農(nóng)作物生長發(fā)育,新陳代謝、光合作用等都有著至關(guān)重要的影響。通過對楊凌示范區(qū)及周邊和陜西部分地區(qū)調(diào)研、走訪后發(fā)現(xiàn),絕大多數(shù)的溫室大棚種植戶仍以家庭單個作業(yè),依然采用傳統(tǒng)溫度計(jì)人工測溫,人工操控設(shè)備,實(shí)時性差、精度低,費(fèi)時、費(fèi)力、效率低、投入成本較高。當(dāng)前市場上的大棚綜合因子測控系統(tǒng)因其價格高、操作維護(hù)復(fù)雜、性價比低,不易被推廣到大范圍的單個作業(yè)的溫室大棚用戶使用。為更好地實(shí)現(xiàn)對溫室大棚環(huán)境溫度有效測控,以適宜的生長環(huán)境提高農(nóng)作物的產(chǎn)量和質(zhì)量。本文先基于PROTEUS、Multisim仿真軟件平臺,設(shè)計(jì)仿真出了大棚溫度測控系統(tǒng),可自動監(jiān)測大棚溫度,超出預(yù)設(shè)溫度范圍時,能發(fā)出報(bào)警信號,同時能實(shí)現(xiàn)控制外接溫度調(diào)控設(shè)備。最后實(shí)際制作出了溫度測控系統(tǒng),并進(jìn)入農(nóng)業(yè)大棚實(shí)際測試。通過進(jìn)一步完善和改進(jìn),實(shí)現(xiàn)了成本低廉的、功能穩(wěn)定的,較為高效的,滿足家庭單個作業(yè)的農(nóng)業(yè)溫室大棚溫度測控系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)不僅可用于農(nóng)業(yè)溫室大棚溫度監(jiān)測,還可用于冷庫、畜牧飼養(yǎng)等場合。
[Abstract]:With the rapid popularization and use of agricultural greenhouse, the living standard of people has been improved obviously because of the vegetables and fruits in the suitable crop growing environment. It is very important for the growth of crops to control the environmental factors such as CO2 concentration, temperature and humidity, illumination and so on. Among many factors, temperature plays an important role in crop growth, metabolism and photosynthesis. Through the investigation of Yang Ling demonstration area and its surrounding areas and parts of Shaanxi Province, it is found that most greenhouse growers still work individually at home, still use traditional thermometers to manually measure temperature, manual manipulation of equipment, and poor real time performance. Low precision, time-consuming, laborious, low efficiency, high input cost. Because of its high price, complex operation and maintenance, low performance-price ratio, the current greenhouse comprehensive factor measurement and control system in the market is not easy to be used by a large range of greenhouse users with a single operation. In order to realize the effective measurement and control of greenhouse environment temperature, the yield and quality of crops can be improved by suitable growing environment. In this paper, based on the proteus Multisim simulation software platform, the greenhouse temperature measurement and control system is designed and simulated. The system can automatically monitor the greenhouse temperature. When the temperature is beyond the preset temperature range, the alarm signal can be sent out, and the external temperature control equipment can be controlled at the same time. Finally, the temperature measurement and control system is made and tested in the agricultural greenhouse. Through further improvement and improvement, the temperature measurement and control system of agricultural greenhouse with low cost, stable function and high efficiency is realized. The system can be used not only for temperature monitoring in agricultural greenhouse, but also for cold storage and animal husbandry.
