考慮非遍歷的搶修任務(wù)多目標(biāo)動(dòng)態(tài)調(diào)度

【摘要】:針對進(jìn)攻作戰(zhàn)中戰(zhàn)損裝備眾多而搶修時(shí)間與搶修力量有限的矛盾,進(jìn)行了進(jìn)攻作戰(zhàn)搶修任務(wù)動(dòng)態(tài)調(diào)度研究。提出考慮非遍歷的搶修任務(wù)多目標(biāo)動(dòng)態(tài)調(diào)度的現(xiàn)實(shí)軍事問題,建立多目標(biāo)規(guī)劃數(shù)學(xué)模型,分析了非遍歷、修理能力差異、待修裝備優(yōu)先級3個(gè)重要影響因素;根據(jù)所建模型的特點(diǎn),設(shè)計(jì)了基于遺傳算法的模型求解算法;運(yùn)用Matlab軟件進(jìn)行了39輛待修裝備、3個(gè)搶修組的動(dòng)態(tài)調(diào)度示例仿真與分析。示例結(jié)果表明:通過實(shí)施機(jī)動(dòng)伴隨搶修和搶修任務(wù)動(dòng)態(tài)調(diào)度,進(jìn)攻作戰(zhàn)部隊(duì)能夠獲得約185 h的二次作戰(zhàn)總時(shí)間,進(jìn)而增強(qiáng)部隊(duì)的持續(xù)作戰(zhàn)能力,并大大減少?zèng)Q策工作量和決策時(shí)間、降低人為決策風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。
[Abstract]:In view of the contradiction between the large number of combat damage equipment and the limited repair time and the limited repair force in the offensive operations, the dynamic scheduling of the emergency repair task in the offensive operations is studied. The practical military problems of the multi target dynamic scheduling considering the non ergodic repair task are put forward, and the multi-objective programming mathematical model is set up, and the non ergodic, repair ability difference and pending installation are analyzed. 3 important factors of priority are prepared. Based on the characteristics of the model, a model solving algorithm based on genetic algorithm is designed, and Matlab software is used to simulate and analyze the dynamic scheduling of 39 repair equipment and 3 rush repair groups. The team can get the total time of two operations of about 185 h, and then enhance the continuous operational capability of the troops, greatly reduce the decision-making workload and decision time, and reduce the risk of human decision-making.
