【摘要】：從我國民航發(fā)展對小康社會全面建設的貢獻目標出發(fā),構建多層次的民航發(fā)展指數(shù)綜合評價指標體系,并對評價指標進行分析.依據(jù)基于信息熵觀點下的粗糙集理論對各個指標進行約簡并計算出較為客觀的指標權重,使其更好地反映各指標對民航發(fā)展水平的影響程度,然后基于多級灰色關聯(lián)分析計算2001年至2015年的我國民航發(fā)展綜合指數(shù),從得到的結果發(fā)現(xiàn),我國民航發(fā)展總體呈現(xiàn)波動上升的趨勢,從較低水平逐步轉向較高水平,并正在向高發(fā)展水平逼近,但我國民航各方面的發(fā)展水平并不協(xié)調(diào),存在一定的差異.
[Abstract]:Based on the contribution of civil aviation development to the overall construction of a well-off society, a multi-level comprehensive evaluation index system of civil aviation development index is constructed, and the evaluation index is analyzed.According to rough set theory based on information entropy theory, the weight of each index is reduced and calculated, which can better reflect the influence of each index on the development level of civil aviation.Then, based on the multi-level grey relational analysis, the comprehensive index of China's civil aviation development from 2001 to 2015 is calculated. From the results obtained, it is found that the overall development of China's civil aviation shows an upward trend of fluctuation, gradually changing from a lower level to a higher level.And it is approaching to the high level of development, but the development level of civil aviation in China is not coordinated, there are some differences.
