橫向磁通徑向位移傳感器研究

【摘要】:橫向磁通傳感器是一種對轉(zhuǎn)子徑向位移進(jìn)行測量的新型傳感器。與傳統(tǒng)的渦流或電感式傳感器相比,其憑借獨(dú)特的探頭設(shè)計(jì),具有高性價比、高精度、高靈敏度、結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。通過理論分析,研究了影響該傳感器靈敏度的若干因素。建立有限元模型,通過仿真明確了傳感器探頭設(shè)計(jì)的要點(diǎn),總結(jié)了設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)律。設(shè)計(jì)并優(yōu)化實(shí)驗(yàn)電路,搭建實(shí)驗(yàn)平臺完成了對傳感器的性能測試,結(jié)果表明該傳感器具有良好的靈敏度、線性度和極低的X-Y耦合度。將此傳感器成功應(yīng)用于某主動式磁軸承轉(zhuǎn)子的位移檢測,實(shí)現(xiàn)了穩(wěn)定懸浮,并且轉(zhuǎn)速達(dá)到了12 000 r/min。
[Abstract]:Transverse flux sensor is a new sensor for measuring the radial displacement of rotor.Compared with the traditional eddy current or inductive sensor, it has the advantages of high cost performance, high precision, high sensitivity and compact structure with its unique probe design.Through theoretical analysis, some factors affecting the sensitivity of the sensor are studied.The finite element model is established, and the key points of sensor probe design are confirmed by simulation, and the design rules are summarized.The experimental circuit was designed and optimized, and the performance of the sensor was tested on an experimental platform. The results show that the sensor has good sensitivity, linearity and very low X-Y coupling degree.The sensor is successfully applied to the displacement detection of the rotor of an active magnetic bearing, and the rotor speed is up to 12 000 r / min.
