高爐冷卻壁熱流強(qiáng)度無(wú)線監(jiān)測(cè)及爐缸爐底侵蝕分析

【摘要】:高爐長(zhǎng)壽是煉鐵領(lǐng)域的一個(gè)重要課題,而爐缸爐底的侵蝕狀況是限制高爐壽命的關(guān)鍵因素,爐缸爐底侵蝕狀況的研究對(duì)于高爐長(zhǎng)壽有著重要意義。高爐生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中,冷卻壁熱流強(qiáng)度狀態(tài)直接反映了爐缸爐底的侵蝕狀況,而冷卻壁進(jìn)出口水溫差是計(jì)算熱流強(qiáng)度的重要參數(shù)。本文采用SimpliciTi網(wǎng)絡(luò)協(xié)議,設(shè)計(jì)了一種基于CC1110微控制器的冷卻壁水溫差及熱流強(qiáng)度無(wú)線監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng),用于爐缸爐底侵蝕分析。水溫差及熱流強(qiáng)度無(wú)線監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)要考慮三個(gè)核心問(wèn)題:一是高精度,現(xiàn)場(chǎng)某高爐數(shù)據(jù)表明,冷卻壁水溫差每變化0.02℃,熱流強(qiáng)度數(shù)據(jù)至少變化35W/m2,侵蝕誤差約為7mm,因此,高精度的溫度測(cè)量對(duì)于高爐的安全生產(chǎn)至關(guān)重要。二是低功耗,無(wú)線測(cè)溫儀表采用鋰電池供電,高爐現(xiàn)場(chǎng)環(huán)境惡劣,不易更換儀表電池,因此,系統(tǒng)的軟硬件設(shè)計(jì)必須本著節(jié)能的原則,盡量延長(zhǎng)電池的使用壽命。三是可靠性,高爐現(xiàn)場(chǎng)不僅水汽大、溫度高,還存粉塵、煤氣、擋板及各種強(qiáng)電磁干擾,因此,要保證數(shù)據(jù)能及時(shí)準(zhǔn)確的傳輸。冷卻壁熱流強(qiáng)度是分析爐缸爐底侵蝕狀況的一項(xiàng)條件,并不能完全的反映出爐缸爐底的侵蝕輪廓。本文以熱力學(xué)分析為理論基礎(chǔ),建立了基于有限元方法的爐缸爐底二維傳熱模型,結(jié)合冷卻壁熱流強(qiáng)度與爐襯中熱電偶熱流數(shù)據(jù),分析爐缸爐底侵蝕狀況。分析結(jié)果表明:冷卻壁熱流強(qiáng)度可以分析一段高度區(qū)域內(nèi)的平均侵蝕程度。隨著高爐長(zhǎng)壽技術(shù)發(fā)展,爐缸爐底內(nèi)襯越來(lái)越傾向于整體均勻侵蝕,因此在有熱電偶損壞且無(wú)法及時(shí)更換的情況下,采用冷卻壁熱流強(qiáng)度與熱電偶熱流數(shù)據(jù)相結(jié)合的設(shè)計(jì)方法能夠較為全面的反映爐缸爐底侵蝕狀況。
[Abstract]:The longevity of blast furnace is an important subject in the field of ironmaking, and the erosion condition of hearth bottom is the key factor to limit the life of blast furnace. The study on the erosion condition of hearth bottom is of great significance to the longevity of blast furnace.In the process of blast furnace production, the heat flux state of the cooling stave directly reflects the erosion condition of the hearth bottom, and the temperature difference between the inlet and outlet water of the cooling stave is an important parameter to calculate the heat flux intensity.In this paper, a wireless monitoring system of cooling wall water temperature difference and heat flux intensity based on CC1110 microcontroller is designed by using SimpliciTi network protocol, which is used for hearth bottom erosion analysis.The design of wireless monitoring system for water temperature difference and heat flux strength should consider three core problems: first, high accuracy.
