【摘要】：目的全面了解上海市三級(jí)甲等醫(yī)院App運(yùn)營(yíng)情況,探索進(jìn)一步完善微信運(yùn)營(yíng)的有效措施。方法應(yīng)用文本分析法以及深度訪談法,以上海市40家三級(jí)甲等醫(yī)院為調(diào)查樣本,對(duì)其App應(yīng)用軟件的開(kāi)通率、患者使用率以及功能建設(shè)情況進(jìn)行調(diào)查。結(jié)果在全市40家三級(jí)甲等醫(yī)院中,App軟件開(kāi)通率為35%;在91助手、應(yīng)用寶、樂(lè)商店等下載平臺(tái)上,瑞金醫(yī)院下載量最高,其余下載量均較低;在功能設(shè)置情況方面,領(lǐng)取報(bào)告、醫(yī)院導(dǎo)航等互動(dòng)功能開(kāi)設(shè)率達(dá)85%,醫(yī)院介紹、科室介紹等靜態(tài)信息發(fā)布功能設(shè)置率僅為15%。結(jié)論移動(dòng)App正在不斷深化服務(wù)內(nèi)涵,提供細(xì)節(jié)服務(wù),并汲取多方資源優(yōu)勢(shì),采取互助共贏的合作模式。然而仍需通過(guò)院內(nèi)院外、線上線下合作的方式加大推廣力度,并進(jìn)一步挖掘多方資源合作潛力,進(jìn)一步探索細(xì)節(jié)服務(wù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the App operation of Grade 3A Hospital in Shanghai and to explore the effective measures to improve WeChat operation.Methods with the method of text analysis and in-depth interview, the opening rate of App application software, the utilization rate of patients and the function construction of 40 Grade 3A hospitals in Shanghai were investigated.Results in the 40 Grade 3A hospitals in the city, the opening rate of the app software was 35. On the download platforms such as 91 assistants, YingYongBao and Le Store, Ruijin Hospital had the highest downloads, while the rest of the downloads were lower. In terms of function setting, the report was obtained.The opening rate of interactive functions such as hospital navigation and other interactive functions is 85. The setting rate of static information publishing function such as hospital introduction and department introduction is only 15.Conclusion Mobile App is deepening the service connotation, providing detail service, and taking advantage of multiple resources to adopt the cooperation mode of mutual help and win-win.However, it is still necessary to strengthen the promotion through the way of cooperation between inside and outside the hospital, online and offline, and further tap the potential of multi-resources cooperation, and further explore the detail service.
