從功能分工到趣緣合作:人工智能時代的職業(yè)重塑

【摘要】:人工智能未來發(fā)展的要義,在于其作為一種基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施,提供給人類普遍使用。傳統(tǒng)的職業(yè)分工是功能性分工,而人工智能時代的到來,給現(xiàn)有的職業(yè)體系帶來"結(jié)構(gòu)性失業(yè)"和"全面性失業(yè)"的風險。在人工智能時代,趣緣合作可能成為職業(yè)分工新的模式。在未來,把程序化、標準化的工作交給人工智能來完成,這實際上給人類提供了一個前所未有的去思考人文、社會與心靈的新空間。未來的職業(yè)規(guī)劃將愈發(fā)與興趣緊密結(jié)合在一起,而終身學習和興趣學習則成為教育革新的重點。從這個意義上講,創(chuàng)新成為人工智能時代的根本要義,F(xiàn)有的職業(yè)體系和教育體系都需要為人工智能帶來的"創(chuàng)造性破壞"做好準備。
[Abstract]:The key to the future development of artificial intelligence is that it is provided for universal use as an infrastructure.The traditional occupational division is functional division, and the arrival of artificial intelligence era brings the risk of "structural unemployment" and "comprehensive unemployment" to the existing occupational system.In the era of artificial intelligence, interest cooperation may become a new mode of division of labor.In the future, the task of programming and standardization will be handed over to artificial intelligence, which actually provides a new space for human beings to think about humanity, society and mind.Future career planning will be more closely linked with interest, and lifelong learning and interest learning will become the focus of educational innovation.In this sense, innovation has become the fundamental meaning of the era of artificial intelligence.Existing vocational and educational systems need to be prepared for creative destruction by artificial intelligence.
