可耐受100 Mradγ射線輻照電機(jī)的制備及絕緣潤(rùn)滑材料耐輻射性研究

【摘要】:電機(jī)作為機(jī)器人控制和傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的核心部件,其在核災(zāi)變環(huán)境下的穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行對(duì)機(jī)器人的壽命起到?jīng)Q定性作用。提高用于核環(huán)境作業(yè)機(jī)器人的電機(jī)耐輻射等級(jí),對(duì)于研制核電站緊急救災(zāi)機(jī)器人具有十分重要的意義。采用傅里葉紅外光譜(FTIR)、力學(xué)性能測(cè)試等對(duì)于不同結(jié)構(gòu)聚酰亞胺(PI)絕緣紙的綜合性能進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)使用柔性單體制備的PI絕緣紙,其綜合性能最佳,在100 Mradγ射線輻照后性能無(wú)明顯降低。結(jié)合FTIR和掃描電鏡測(cè)試,分析了商用復(fù)合鋰基潤(rùn)滑脂在γ射線輻照下結(jié)構(gòu)性能的變化。最后對(duì)國(guó)產(chǎn)普通電機(jī)中耐輻射性能較差的絕緣系統(tǒng)、潤(rùn)滑系統(tǒng)等部件的改進(jìn)替換,成功制備了耐受γ射線輻照總劑量高于100 Mrad的耐輻射直流電機(jī)。該通用材料和技術(shù)對(duì)于開(kāi)發(fā)耐核輻射機(jī)器人用伺服電機(jī)等具有普適性。
[Abstract]:As the core component of robot control and transmission system, the stable operation of motor in nuclear catastrophe environment plays a decisive role in the life of robot.It is of great significance to improve the radiation resistance of the motor used in the nuclear environment working robot for the development of the nuclear power plant emergency relief robot.The comprehensive properties of polyimide (Pi) insulator paper with different structures were compared and analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and mechanical property test. It was found that Pi insulator paper prepared with flexible monomer had the best comprehensive performance.There was no significant decrease in the properties after irradiation with 100 Mrad 緯 -rays.The changes of structure and properties of commercial lithium-base grease irradiated by 緯 -ray were analyzed by FTIR and SEM.Finally, the radiation-resistant DC motor with a total dose of more than 100 Mrad of 緯 -ray irradiation was successfully prepared by the improvement and replacement of the insulation system and lubricating system with poor radiation-resistant performance in the domestic ordinary motor.This universal material and technology is universal for the development of nuclear radiation-resistant robot servo motor.
