【摘要】:工業(yè)廢氣排放的主要來源是化學(xué)工業(yè)園區(qū),同時(shí)影響著化學(xué)工業(yè)園區(qū)微氣象環(huán)境。近年來出現(xiàn)的突發(fā)環(huán)境事件中,化工園區(qū)大氣污染占據(jù)了很高比例,因此很多城市已經(jīng)將本地的化學(xué)工業(yè)園區(qū)列為環(huán)境風(fēng)險(xiǎn)重點(diǎn)監(jiān)控區(qū)域,建立和完善該區(qū)域內(nèi)環(huán)境風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防控系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)成為城市管理的迫切需求。作為其中重要一環(huán),開發(fā)智能監(jiān)測與控制化工園區(qū)微氣象環(huán)境的信息系統(tǒng)對(duì)于園區(qū)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防控、大氣環(huán)境治理、微氣象環(huán)境變化研究以及突發(fā)事件災(zāi)情評(píng)估等具有重要意義。隨著近幾年物聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,嵌入式系統(tǒng)技術(shù)、無線傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)等技術(shù)得到深度應(yīng)用,這使得對(duì)于化工園區(qū)微氣象環(huán)境智能、精確實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測與控制成為可能。本文介紹了國內(nèi)外化工園區(qū)環(huán)境風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、現(xiàn)代監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用,針對(duì)城市化工園區(qū)微氣象環(huán)境監(jiān)控研究的需求,設(shè)計(jì)并開發(fā)了一種化工園區(qū)微氣象環(huán)境監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),包括微氣象要素與特征污染物監(jiān)控節(jié)點(diǎn)、嵌入式微氣象信息采集系統(tǒng)網(wǎng)關(guān)服務(wù)器、系統(tǒng)綜合監(jiān)控平臺(tái)三個(gè)部分,對(duì)每個(gè)部分的軟硬件設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)說明。經(jīng)過系統(tǒng)測試,本設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)化工園區(qū)若干區(qū)域的氣象要素與特征污染物數(shù)據(jù)的采集與上傳,用戶可以登錄系統(tǒng)綜合監(jiān)控平臺(tái)軟件查看實(shí)時(shí)或者歷史監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù),同時(shí)遠(yuǎn)程用戶可以通過web瀏覽器訪問嵌入式網(wǎng)關(guān)服務(wù)器監(jiān)控化工園區(qū)各個(gè)區(qū)域的微氣象環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:The main source of industrial exhaust emissions is the Chemical Industrial Park, which also affects the micro-meteorological environment of the Chemical Industrial Park.In recent years, air pollution in chemical industrial parks has taken up a high proportion among the unexpected environmental events. Therefore, many cities have listed local chemical industrial parks as the key monitoring areas for environmental risks.Establishing and perfecting environmental risk prevention and control system in this area has become an urgent need of urban management.As one of the most important parts, it is of great significance to develop an intelligent monitoring and control information system for the micro-meteorological environment in the chemical industry park, such as risk prevention and control, atmospheric environment control, micrometeorological environment change research and emergency disaster assessment, etc.With the rapid development of the Internet of things industry in recent years, embedded system technology, wireless sensor network and other technologies have been deeply applied, which makes it possible to monitor and control the micro-meteorological environment intelligently and accurately.This paper introduces the development status of environmental risk management in chemical industry parks at home and abroad, and the application of modern monitoring system. In order to meet the needs of the research on micro-meteorological environment monitoring and control in chemical industrial parks, a micro-meteorological environment monitoring system for chemical industrial parks is designed and developed.It includes three parts: micrometeorological elements and characteristic pollutant monitoring nodes, embedded micro-meteorological information acquisition system gateway server, and system integrated monitoring platform. The hardware and software design of each part is described in detail.After the system test, the design realizes the collection and upload of meteorological elements and characteristic pollutant data in some areas of chemical industry park, and users can log on to the system integrated monitoring platform software to view real-time or historical monitoring data.At the same time, remote users can access the embedded gateway server through web browser to monitor the micrometeorological environment in each area of the chemical park.
