永磁同步電機(jī)矢量控制系統(tǒng)弱磁控制研究

【摘要】:永磁同步電機(jī)以其結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、損耗小、功率密度和效率高等諸多優(yōu)點(diǎn)廣泛應(yīng)用于許多領(lǐng)域中。以電動(dòng)汽車為代表的永磁同步電機(jī)調(diào)速系統(tǒng)需要具有較寬的調(diào)速范圍,傳統(tǒng)矢量控制方法無法使其長(zhǎng)期運(yùn)行于額定轉(zhuǎn)速以上,需進(jìn)行弱磁控制來拓寬其轉(zhuǎn)速范圍。本文分別采用基于雙電流調(diào)節(jié)器的超前角弱磁控制方法和基于單電流調(diào)節(jié)器的弱磁控制方法對(duì)永磁同步電機(jī)矢量控制系統(tǒng)弱磁控制展開研究。首先介紹了永磁同步電機(jī)的物理模型和數(shù)學(xué)模型,分析了矢量控制的原理及其電流控制策略,詳細(xì)分析了SVPWM的基本原理和數(shù)字實(shí)現(xiàn)方法。闡述了永磁同步電機(jī)矢量控制的電壓和電流約束條件,詳細(xì)介紹了弱磁控制的原理和策略,給出了其在弱磁控制時(shí)的三個(gè)運(yùn)行區(qū)域。分析了基于雙電流調(diào)節(jié)器超前角弱磁控制的基本原理和調(diào)節(jié)器的參數(shù)整定方法。在此基礎(chǔ)上于MATLAB/Simulink環(huán)境中搭建仿真模型進(jìn)行仿真分析,仿真結(jié)果表明采取該方法可以有效提高電機(jī)的調(diào)速范圍且在弱磁運(yùn)行時(shí)具有一定的帶載能力。通過理論分析發(fā)現(xiàn)永磁同步電機(jī)采取雙電流調(diào)節(jié)器弱磁控制高速運(yùn)行時(shí)兩電流調(diào)節(jié)器耦合較為嚴(yán)重,針對(duì)該問題嘗試?yán)眠@種電流耦合現(xiàn)象,采取基于單電流調(diào)節(jié)器的弱磁控制方法。首先對(duì)定交軸電壓?jiǎn)坞娏髡{(diào)節(jié)器弱磁控制的原理進(jìn)行分析,并對(duì)其穩(wěn)態(tài)和動(dòng)態(tài)性能展開討論,由于該方法的交軸電壓給定為固定值,不能運(yùn)行在最優(yōu)工作點(diǎn),使其帶負(fù)載能力和效率降低。在此基礎(chǔ)上采用了一種變交軸電壓?jiǎn)坞娏髡{(diào)節(jié)器弱磁控制方法,并對(duì)其可控性進(jìn)行分析,給出了其弱磁控制的切換條件,解決了定交軸電壓?jiǎn)坞娏髡{(diào)節(jié)器弱磁控制存在的問題。最后在MATLAB/Simulink環(huán)境中搭建仿真模型并進(jìn)行仿真對(duì)比分析,結(jié)果表明單電流調(diào)節(jié)器弱磁控制可以有效解決雙電流調(diào)節(jié)器弱磁控制電機(jī)高速運(yùn)行時(shí)電流耦合的問題,且采用變交軸電壓弱磁控制比定交軸電壓弱磁控制具有較強(qiáng)的帶載能力和更高的效率。最后搭建了系統(tǒng)實(shí)驗(yàn)平臺(tái),并進(jìn)行軟件設(shè)計(jì),在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)基于雙電流調(diào)節(jié)器的超前角弱磁控制進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)分析,實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果與仿真效果一致。
[Abstract]:Permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) is widely used in many fields because of its simple structure, low loss, high power density and high efficiency.The permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) speed control system represented by electric vehicle needs to have a wide range of speed regulation. The traditional vector control method can not make it run above rated speed for a long time, so it needs weak magnetic field control to widen its speed range.In this paper, the current weakening control method based on double current regulator and the weak magnetic field control method based on single current regulator are used to study the magnetic weakening control of permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control system.Firstly, the physical model and mathematical model of PMSM are introduced, the principle of vector control and its current control strategy are analyzed, and the basic principle and digital realization method of SVPWM are analyzed in detail.The voltage and current constraints of vector control of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) are described. The principle and strategy of weak magnetic field control are introduced in detail. The three operating regions of PMSM vector control are given.The basic principle of the advance angle weak magnetic control based on the double current regulator and the parameter tuning method of the regulator are analyzed.The simulation results show that this method can effectively improve the speed range of the motor and has a certain load capacity in weak magnetic field operation.Through the theoretical analysis, it is found that the coupling of the two current regulators is more serious when the permanent magnet synchronous motor adopts the dual current regulator to control the weak magnetic field at high speed. In order to solve this problem, this paper attempts to utilize this kind of current coupling phenomenon.The weak magnetic field control method based on single current regulator is adopted.Firstly, the principle of weak magnetic field control of constant axis voltage and single current regulator is analyzed, and its steady and dynamic performances are discussed. Because the alternating axis voltage of this method is given as a fixed value, it cannot run at the optimal operating point.Reduce its load capacity and efficiency.On the basis of this, a weak magnetic field control method of variable alternating axis voltage and single current regulator is adopted, and its controllability is analyzed. The switching condition of its weak magnetic field control is given, and the problem of weak magnetic field control of constant alternating axis voltage and single current regulator is solved.Finally, the simulation model is built in MATLAB/Simulink environment and the simulation results show that the single current regulator weak magnetic control can effectively solve the problem of current coupling during the high speed operation of the motor controlled by double current regulator.And the variable alternating axis voltage weak magnetic control has stronger load capacity and higher efficiency than the fixed axis voltage weak magnetic control.Finally, the system experimental platform is set up, and the software is designed. Based on this, the advance angle weak magnetic control based on double current regulator is analyzed experimentally, and the experimental results are consistent with the simulation results.
