基于倏逝波的錐形光纖馬赫-曾德爾濕度傳感器

【摘要】:提出了一種基于倏逝波原理的光纖馬赫-曾德爾濕度傳感器,傳感器是在2個單模光纖粗錐的傳感臂中心通過絕熱火焰熔融拉錐處理而成。光由傳感器輸入端傳入,經(jīng)過第1個粗錐時,將激發(fā)出若干高階模,各模式光傳輸經(jīng)過細錐區(qū)進入第2個粗錐時被耦合進入傳感器輸出端。當(dāng)外界濕度變化時,細錐區(qū)倏逝場隨之變化,最終導(dǎo)致透射譜能量變化。通過測量透射譜能量變化,可以實現(xiàn)環(huán)境濕度傳感測量。實驗結(jié)果表明,在35%~85%RH的濕度變化范圍內(nèi),透射譜的能量具有相同變化趨勢,處于水蒸氣吸收峰附近的干涉谷濕度響應(yīng)靈敏度可達0.157dBm/%RH,溫度交叉靈敏度僅為0.014%RH/℃。該傳感器因其制作簡單、靈敏度高,溫度交叉敏感小等特點,具有很好的應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:An optical fiber Mach-Zehnder humidity sensor based on evanescent wave principle is proposed.When the light passes through the first coarse cone, it excites a number of higher-order modes. The light transmission of each mode is coupled to the output of the sensor when it passes through the thin cone into the second coarse cone.When the external humidity changes, the evanescent field in the fine cone region changes, which leads to the change of transmission spectrum energy.Environmental humidity sensing can be realized by measuring the energy change of transmission spectrum.The experimental results show that in the range of humidity variation of 35%~85%RH, the energy of transmission spectrum has the same changing trend. The humidity response sensitivity of the interference valley near the water vapor absorption peak can reach 0.157 dBm / r and the cross-sensitivity of temperature is only 0.014%RH/ 鈩,
