【摘要】:介紹由工程需求而引出的ITAE最優(yōu)高階無(wú)靜差控制系統(tǒng)的研制工作,重點(diǎn)是如何根據(jù)系統(tǒng)典型固有環(huán)節(jié)構(gòu)建此類系統(tǒng)的通用結(jié)構(gòu)和物理實(shí)現(xiàn)方法,通過(guò)臺(tái)架和產(chǎn)品裝機(jī)實(shí)驗(yàn)完善、認(rèn)定,對(duì)工程實(shí)踐中遇到的相應(yīng)問(wèn)題給出理論分析,最終驗(yàn)證其可行性和優(yōu)越性。研制的新系統(tǒng)達(dá)到了預(yù)期的優(yōu)良動(dòng)靜態(tài)性能,解決了傳統(tǒng)控制方法無(wú)法解決的技術(shù)難題,如結(jié)構(gòu)諧振,在實(shí)際使用中表現(xiàn)出多項(xiàng)優(yōu)點(diǎn),顯著提高了武器系統(tǒng)性能。該技術(shù)成果最終在制式武器上采用,通過(guò)定型,裝備軍隊(duì)。在控制領(lǐng)域里,長(zhǎng)期以來(lái)都認(rèn)為Ⅲ型以上的系統(tǒng)是難以實(shí)現(xiàn)和應(yīng)用的,三階ITAE最優(yōu)Ⅲ型伺服系統(tǒng)研制的成功及實(shí)用,使這個(gè)禁區(qū)不復(fù)存在,展現(xiàn)了其可期望的應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the development of the ITAE optimal high-order no-static error control system derived from the engineering requirements. The emphasis is on how to construct the general structure and physical realization method of this kind of system according to the typical inherent links of the system, and perfect it through the bench and product installation experiments.It is concluded that the corresponding problems in engineering practice are theoretically analyzed, and its feasibility and superiority are finally verified.The new system achieves the expected excellent dynamic and static performance, and solves the technical problems that cannot be solved by the traditional control methods, such as structural resonance, showing many advantages in practical use, and significantly improving the performance of weapon system.The technical achievement is finally adopted on the standard weapon, through the formalization, equips the army.In the field of control, it has long been considered that the system above type 鈪,
