倉儲貨位優(yōu)化及貨物信息監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的研究

【摘要】:自動化立體倉庫具有貨物存儲、存取以及配送等功能,是自動化物流系統(tǒng)的重要組成部分,作為一個高度自動化的綜合系統(tǒng),其在工業(yè)生產(chǎn)的各個領(lǐng)域得到了廣泛應(yīng)用。而倉儲貨位優(yōu)化分配及貨物信息監(jiān)控作為直接影響倉儲系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行效率和安全性的兩大因素,對其進(jìn)行深入研究有著重要的意義。本文以我校自動化物流系統(tǒng)中的自動化立體倉庫為研究對象,基于該實(shí)驗(yàn)平臺對入庫貨物貨位優(yōu)化分配和貨物信息監(jiān)控問題進(jìn)行研究,提出一種遺傳禁忌搜索算法來解決倉儲作業(yè)中入庫貨物貨位優(yōu)化分配問題,設(shè)計(jì)一套基于RFID技術(shù)的貨物信息監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)來解決貨物信息監(jiān)控問題。主要研究內(nèi)容包括:首先,在對自動化立體倉庫實(shí)驗(yàn)平臺分析的基礎(chǔ)上,挖掘出貨位優(yōu)化分配和貨物信息監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)兩個研究點(diǎn),并根據(jù)其功能要求,給出總體設(shè)計(jì)方案。其次,通過對貨位優(yōu)化分配規(guī)則的分析,建立多目標(biāo)的貨位優(yōu)化分配模型。該模型以提高倉儲作業(yè)效率為主要目標(biāo),以保證貨架穩(wěn)定性為輔助目標(biāo)。接著,為了獲得一套較好的貨位分配方案,通過對遺傳算法和禁忌搜索算法的分析,揚(yáng)長避短,融合優(yōu)化,提出一種基于遺傳禁忌搜索的貨位優(yōu)化分配算法。利用該算法對所建模型進(jìn)行求解,并使用案例分析來對優(yōu)化結(jié)果進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證。最后,針對自動化立體倉庫實(shí)驗(yàn)平臺中采用手動記錄貨物信息存在效率低和易出錯等問題,本文通過設(shè)計(jì)一套基于RFID技術(shù)的貨物信息監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),來實(shí)現(xiàn)對入庫貨物信息的采集、出庫貨物信息的采集、在庫貨物信息的盤存以及貨位的查詢。在設(shè)計(jì)中利用Visual C++結(jié)合access軟件,采用分層架構(gòu)思路分別對數(shù)據(jù)采集層、網(wǎng)絡(luò)通信層、數(shù)據(jù)存儲層和系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用層進(jìn)行開發(fā),并給倉庫操作人員提供人機(jī)友好的可視化操作界面。運(yùn)行結(jié)果表明系統(tǒng)已達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)要求,與手動記錄貨物信息方式相比,效率更高。
[Abstract]:As a highly automated integrated system, automated warehouse has been widely used in various fields of industrial production because it has the functions of goods storage, storage and distribution, and is an important part of automated logistics system.As two major factors which directly affect the efficiency and safety of storage system, the optimal allocation of storage space and the monitoring of cargo information are of great significance.In this paper, the automatic warehouse in the automation logistics system of our school is taken as the research object. Based on the experimental platform, the optimal allocation of cargo location and the monitoring of cargo information are studied.A genetic Tabu search algorithm is proposed to solve the problem of optimal allocation of cargo spaces in warehousing operations. A set of cargo information monitoring system based on RFID technology is designed to solve the problem of cargo information monitoring.The main research contents are as follows: firstly, on the basis of the analysis of the experimental platform of the automated warehouse, two research points, the optimal distribution of the cargo location and the design of the cargo information monitoring system, are excavated, and the overall design scheme is given according to its functional requirements.Secondly, a multi-objective optimal allocation model is established by analyzing the optimal allocation rules.The main goal of the model is to improve the efficiency of storage operation, and the auxiliary goal is to ensure shelf stability.Then, in order to obtain a better allocation scheme, through the analysis of genetic algorithm and Tabu search algorithm, this paper proposes an optimal allocation algorithm based on genetic Tabu search.The algorithm is used to solve the model, and case analysis is used to verify the optimization results.Finally, aiming at the problems of low efficiency and error-prone in using manual recording of cargo information in the experimental platform of automated three-dimensional warehouse, this paper designs a set of goods information monitoring system based on RFID technology to realize the collection of goods information in warehouse.The collection of cargo information, inventory of cargo information in warehouse and query of cargo location.In the design, Visual C and access software are used to develop data acquisition layer, network communication layer, data storage layer and system application layer respectively, and to provide man-machine friendly visual operation interface for warehouse operators.The operation results show that the system has met the design requirements and is more efficient than manual recording of cargo information.
