基于底面壓強(qiáng)的糧倉儲(chǔ)量估測方法

【摘要】:準(zhǔn)確快速地獲得糧倉儲(chǔ)糧的數(shù)量是保障國家倉儲(chǔ)安全的關(guān)鍵問題。該文構(gòu)建了基于壓力傳感器的糧倉數(shù)量在線檢測的理論模型,揭示了糧倉儲(chǔ)量與糧倉底面和側(cè)面壓強(qiáng)的理論關(guān)系;同時(shí)針對(duì)糧倉底面壓強(qiáng)分布的不均勻性和隨機(jī)性,提出了基于內(nèi)外圈兩圈布置的壓力傳感器布置模型和基于多項(xiàng)式展開的糧倉數(shù)量在線檢測模型,并給出了具體的建模算法。實(shí)倉檢測結(jié)果表明:所提出的糧倉儲(chǔ)量在線檢測模型檢測誤差低于2.5%,且檢測系統(tǒng)成本低,可滿足國家糧倉儲(chǔ)量在線實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測的實(shí)際需要。
[Abstract]:It is a key problem to obtain the quantity of grain stored in grain storage accurately and quickly. In this paper, a theoretical model of on-line detection of grain quantity based on pressure sensor is constructed. The theoretical relationship between granary reserves and the pressure on the bottom and side of the granary is revealed, and the non-uniformity and randomness of the pressure distribution at the bottom of the granary are also discussed. A pressure sensor layout model based on the arrangement of inner and outer circles and a model of on-line detecting the number of granaries based on polynomial expansion are proposed. The real warehouse detection results show that the on-line detection error of the model is less than 2.5 and the cost of the detection system is low, which can meet the real needs of the real time monitoring of the national grain reserves.
