基于混合推理的家電產(chǎn)品知識(shí)獲取及應(yīng)用

【摘要】:隨著國(guó)民生活水平不斷提高,在面對(duì)紛繁的家電產(chǎn)品世界時(shí),消費(fèi)者從中選購(gòu)一款價(jià)格合理、功能完備、簡(jiǎn)單易操作產(chǎn)品的決策成本越來(lái)越高。因?yàn)榧译娦袠I(yè)已從過(guò)往功能補(bǔ)齊階段向著高智能化、低能效上邁進(jìn)。重技術(shù)、重品牌的發(fā)展方式對(duì)于中國(guó)家電行業(yè)來(lái)說(shuō)無(wú)疑是一次正確的選擇。但卻無(wú)形中增添了消費(fèi)者的選購(gòu)成本,家電行業(yè)的蓬勃發(fā)展帶來(lái)了產(chǎn)品劃分的細(xì)化,使得可供用戶(hù)選擇的家電產(chǎn)品品牌越發(fā)豐富,面對(duì)各大家電企業(yè)眾多產(chǎn)品資源,消費(fèi)者找到真正心儀家電的選購(gòu)成本只會(huì)越來(lái)越高。正是由于上述實(shí)際情況的存在,本文首先對(duì)家電產(chǎn)品選購(gòu)知識(shí)獲取及應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)了目前各大家電企業(yè)更多地關(guān)注生產(chǎn)和制造產(chǎn)品知識(shí)的獲取,忽視了家電產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈最末端的家電選購(gòu)知識(shí)的獲取。但家電選購(gòu)是家電企業(yè)為用戶(hù)生產(chǎn)各類(lèi)服務(wù)中極其重要的一種服務(wù),也是企業(yè)給用戶(hù)留下第一印象的服務(wù)。為了能降低消費(fèi)者的決策成本,本文引入了基于實(shí)例推理(Case-Based-Reasoning,CBR)和基于規(guī)則推理(Rule-Based-Reasoning,RBR)這兩種推理技術(shù)并進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)介紹,在結(jié)合基于實(shí)例推理(Case-Based-Reasoning,CBR)和基于規(guī)則推理(Rule-Based-Reasoning,RBR)優(yōu)點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了一個(gè)基于實(shí)例規(guī)則混合推理的家電產(chǎn)品選購(gòu)的信息查詢(xún)方法。并從推理流程、推理實(shí)例的特征相似性、推理規(guī)則的確定、推理方法的實(shí)現(xiàn)等方面展開(kāi)研究工作,在此基礎(chǔ)之上利用“JAVA+MYSQL”框架構(gòu)建了一個(gè)家電選購(gòu)系統(tǒng)。并以洗衣機(jī)為實(shí)例進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證和說(shuō)明。通過(guò)應(yīng)用結(jié)果表明,本文在家電產(chǎn)品選購(gòu)知識(shí)獲取、推理方法的研究是一次有意義的探索,所提出的基于實(shí)例規(guī)則混合推理思路為家電企業(yè)提供了一個(gè)新的方向。
[Abstract]:As the standard of living of the people continues to improve, in the face of the complicated world of household appliances, consumers choose a reasonable price and complete function from it. The decision costs of simple and easy to operate products are becoming more and more expensive, as the home appliance industry has moved from the previous functional replenishment phase to high intelligence and low energy efficiency. The development of heavy brand is undoubtedly the right choice for the Chinese household appliance industry. But it adds to the consumer's purchasing cost, and the booming development of the household appliance industry has brought about the refinement of the product division. This makes the brand of household appliances more and more available for users to choose. In the face of the numerous product resources of major home appliances enterprises, the cost of consumers finding genuine home appliances will only become higher and higher. It is precisely because of the existence of the above actual situation, Firstly, this paper analyzes the current situation of knowledge acquisition and application of household electrical appliances, and finds out that the major home appliance enterprises pay more attention to the knowledge acquisition of production and manufacturing products. The acquisition of the knowledge of home appliances selection and purchase at the end of the industry chain of household appliances has been neglected, but the purchase of household appliances is an extremely important service in the production of various kinds of services for the users by home appliances enterprises. In order to reduce the decision cost of consumers, this paper introduces two reasoning techniques, Case-Based-ReasoningCBR( CBR) and Rule-Based-Reasoninging (RBR), and introduces them in detail. On the basis of combining the advantages of Case-Based-Reasoning CBR and Rule-Based-Reasoninging RBR, a case-rule-based hybrid reasoning information query method for household appliance products is proposed. On the basis of the research work on the determination of inference rules and the realization of reasoning methods, a home appliance selection and purchase system is constructed with the framework of "JAVA MYSQL". The washing machine is taken as an example to verify and explain. The application results show that, In this paper, it is a meaningful exploration to study the knowledge acquisition and reasoning method of household appliances. The hybrid reasoning method based on case-based rules provides a new direction for household appliance enterprises.
