【摘要】：放射性粒子植入治療術(shù)是目前治療顱頜面腫瘤的一種有效手段,但存在手動(dòng)植入精度低、手術(shù)時(shí)間長、醫(yī)生遭受輻射等問題。為此結(jié)合手術(shù)特點(diǎn)和需求,設(shè)計(jì)了一種新型的顱頜面腫瘤粒子植入手術(shù)機(jī)器人,以實(shí)現(xiàn)機(jī)器人自動(dòng)植入粒子輔助治療顱頜面腫瘤的目的。本文設(shè)計(jì)了顱頜面腫瘤粒子植入手術(shù)機(jī)器人系統(tǒng),完成了機(jī)器人本體和粒子植入裝置的機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),建立了運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)方程并給出了機(jī)器人到達(dá)目標(biāo)點(diǎn)的各關(guān)節(jié)運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)解。最后,設(shè)計(jì)了機(jī)器人連續(xù)自動(dòng)植入粒子手術(shù)模式下的控制系統(tǒng),完成了基于標(biāo)記點(diǎn)的空間配準(zhǔn),實(shí)現(xiàn)了機(jī)器人自動(dòng)植入粒子。實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,該機(jī)器人定位精度高,可安全有效的自動(dòng)植入粒子,滿足顱頜面腫瘤手術(shù)要求。
[Abstract]:Radioactive seed implantation is an effective method for the treatment of craniomaxillofacial tumors at present, but there are some problems such as low precision of manual implantation, long operation time, radiation exposure to doctors and so on. A new type of craniofacial tumor particle implantation robot was designed to achieve the goal of automatic particle implantation in the treatment of craniomaxillofacial tumor. In this paper, a new robot system for craniomaxillofacial tumor particle implantation was designed. The mechanism design of the robot body and particle implantation device is completed, the kinematics equation is established and the kinematics solutions of the joints of the robot to the target point are given. In this paper, the control system of the robot in the mode of continuous automatic particle implantation is designed, and the space registration based on the marking points is completed, and the robot automatically implanted particles is realized. The experiment shows that the robot has high positioning accuracy. Safe and effective automatic implantation of seeds to meet the requirements of craniomaxillofacial tumor surgery.
