變電站設(shè)備巡檢機(jī)器人系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)方案的研究與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:目前國(guó)內(nèi)電力系統(tǒng)變電站設(shè)備巡檢作業(yè)仍以人工巡視為主,人工巡檢存在勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度大、受環(huán)境因素影響大、巡視結(jié)果客觀性不足等弊端,尤其是在國(guó)家電網(wǎng)公司致力于建設(shè)智能化變電站和無(wú)人值守變電站的環(huán)境下,人工巡視已很難滿足日趨嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)淖冸娬具\(yùn)維管理要求,我們迫切需要一種智能化的巡檢手段來(lái)解決該問(wèn)題。基于上述問(wèn)題我們提出利用變電站職能機(jī)器人完成對(duì)應(yīng)的巡檢工作,同時(shí)將通過(guò)機(jī)器人作為核心重點(diǎn),綜合機(jī)器人技術(shù)、非接觸檢測(cè)技術(shù)和模式識(shí)別等一系列的技術(shù)的復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)。本課題充分調(diào)研了電力系統(tǒng)內(nèi)的變電站設(shè)備巡檢作業(yè)現(xiàn)狀,并對(duì)電力巡檢機(jī)器人的技術(shù)及應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的調(diào)研,對(duì)變電站設(shè)備巡檢機(jī)器人總體構(gòu)架及各模塊進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的研究設(shè)計(jì),在巡檢機(jī)器人技術(shù)及理論可行的基礎(chǔ)上,我們制定了可靠地變電站設(shè)備巡檢系統(tǒng)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)施方案,通過(guò)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)測(cè)試的方式來(lái)證明變電站設(shè)備巡檢機(jī)器人在當(dāng)下變電站設(shè)備巡檢作業(yè)中的可行性。本研究對(duì)于針對(duì)達(dá)成不間斷,完全自主的職能巡邏檢查和持續(xù)性地監(jiān)測(cè)控制,有效地減少了人的勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度,減少了變電站運(yùn)營(yíng)維護(hù)對(duì)應(yīng)的成本,同時(shí)對(duì)于提高巡檢作業(yè)的效率和智能管理的能力均有著非常關(guān)鍵的意義,此技術(shù)創(chuàng)新不僅為智能變電站帶來(lái)了全新的技術(shù)檢測(cè)方式,同時(shí)對(duì)于貫徹落實(shí)全面安保等一系列的工作同樣顯示出重大的意義,符合我國(guó)電力事業(yè)的發(fā)展需求。
[Abstract]:At present, the inspection work of substation equipment in domestic power system is still dominated by manual inspection, which has many disadvantages, such as high labor intensity, great influence by environmental factors, insufficient objectivity of inspection results, and so on. Especially in the environment where the State Grid Company is committed to building intelligent substations and unattended substations, it is difficult to meet the increasingly stringent requirements of substation operation and maintenance management by manual inspection. We urgently need an intelligent inspection method to solve this problem. Based on the above problems, we propose to use the substation functional robot to complete the corresponding inspection work. At the same time, we will integrate the robot technology through the robot as the core. A series of complex systems such as non-contact detection technology and pattern recognition. This subject has fully investigated the current situation of substation equipment inspection and inspection in power system, and has carried on the detailed investigation to the electric power inspection robot's technology and the application present situation. The overall framework and modules of the inspection robot for substation equipment are studied and designed in detail. On the basis of the technology and theory of the inspection robot, we have worked out a reliable on-site implementation scheme for the inspection and inspection system of the equipment in the substation. The feasibility of the substation equipment inspection robot in the current substation equipment inspection operation is proved by the way of field test. It can effectively reduce the labor intensity of people, reduce the corresponding cost of substation operation and maintenance, at the same time, it is very important to improve the efficiency of inspection operation and the ability of intelligent management. This technology innovation not only brings a new technology detection method for intelligent substation, but also shows great significance for the implementation of a series of work such as comprehensive security, which is in line with the development needs of China's electric power industry.
