基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的糧食倉庫遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)測(cè)預(yù)警系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:糧食是國(guó)民生存發(fā)展的重要戰(zhàn)略物資,也是國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展賴以生存的根本保證,能夠影響國(guó)計(jì)民生等問題,其存儲(chǔ)量、存儲(chǔ)質(zhì)量、存儲(chǔ)安全可關(guān)系到國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展以及社會(huì)的安穩(wěn),因此,做好糧食存儲(chǔ)工作對(duì)穩(wěn)定發(fā)展,進(jìn)一步完善國(guó)家糧食儲(chǔ)備體系具有重大的戰(zhàn)略意義。雖然目前糧食儲(chǔ)備的狀況在接連不斷的改善中,但其改善效果并不顯著。最原始的儲(chǔ)備方式已經(jīng)占據(jù)了全國(guó)百分之八十以上的百分比,但隨著微控制技術(shù)、傳感技術(shù)和無線傳輸技術(shù)等的發(fā)展,尤其是物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的廣泛應(yīng)用,我國(guó)在糧情監(jiān)控管理方面正在逐步走向智能化、自動(dòng)化管理的過程。許多國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究學(xué)者更是開發(fā)了不少的糧情監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),但是物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)在糧食監(jiān)控領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用研究較少,許多設(shè)計(jì)與研究存在一定程度的缺陷,不能很好地與糧食倉儲(chǔ)結(jié)合起來,如監(jiān)測(cè)信息不足問題、預(yù)警不及時(shí)以及缺乏遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)測(cè)與管理問題。為了解決當(dāng)前形勢(shì)下糧食倉庫監(jiān)測(cè)與預(yù)警系統(tǒng)存在的監(jiān)測(cè)信息不足、預(yù)警不及時(shí)以及缺乏遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)測(cè)與管理等問題,本文設(shè)計(jì)了一套基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的糧食倉庫遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)測(cè)預(yù)警系統(tǒng),該遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)測(cè)預(yù)警系統(tǒng)是利用ZigBee芯片CC2530實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)糧食倉庫的溫濕度、以及倉庫明火狀況等參數(shù)的信息的采集;采用火焰監(jiān)測(cè)傳感器R2868作為糧庫明火探測(cè)傳感器,對(duì)倉庫明火進(jìn)行監(jiān)測(cè)預(yù)警;本文還采用了STC12C5A60S2單片機(jī)為微處理器、應(yīng)用對(duì)射型光電傳感器作為糧倉的糧位檢測(cè)元件,設(shè)計(jì)了一套糧位測(cè)量?jī)x對(duì)糧倉的存儲(chǔ)高度進(jìn)行精準(zhǔn)測(cè)量;系統(tǒng)通過GPRS技術(shù)的應(yīng)用和遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)測(cè)軟件的設(shè)計(jì),實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)糧食倉庫的監(jiān)測(cè)與預(yù)警目的。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,本文設(shè)計(jì)的基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的糧食倉庫遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)測(cè)預(yù)警系統(tǒng)通信質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定可靠,信息在遠(yuǎn)程數(shù)據(jù)傳輸過程中,系統(tǒng)的丟包率小于5%;系統(tǒng)對(duì)明火的報(bào)警響應(yīng)時(shí)間約為1.8s;系統(tǒng)可操作性強(qiáng),遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)測(cè)軟件基本滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求,具有較高的實(shí)際應(yīng)用,能夠有效地實(shí)現(xiàn)糧食倉庫的遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)測(cè)與預(yù)警功能。
[Abstract]:Grain is not only an important strategic material for the survival and development of the people, but also a fundamental guarantee for the survival of the country's economic development. It can affect issues such as the national economy and the people's livelihood, and its storage capacity and storage quality. Storage security is related to the development of national economy and the stability of society. It is of great strategic significance to further improve the national grain reserve system. Although the current situation of grain reserves is continuously improving, But its improvement effect is not remarkable. The most primitive reserve mode has already occupied more than 80% percent of the whole country, but with the development of micro-control technology, sensor technology and wireless transmission technology, especially the extensive application of Internet of things technology, China is gradually moving towards the process of intelligent and automatic management in the field of grain situation monitoring and management. Many domestic and foreign researchers have also developed many grain situation monitoring systems. However, the application of the Internet of things technology in the field of food monitoring is less, many design and research have some defects, and can not be well combined with grain storage, such as the problem of insufficient monitoring information. In order to solve the problems of insufficient monitoring information, untimely early warning and lack of remote monitoring and management in grain warehouse monitoring and early warning system under the current situation, A remote monitoring and warning system for grain warehouse based on Internet of things is designed in this paper. The remote monitoring and warning system uses ZigBee chip CC2530 to collect the temperature and humidity of grain warehouse and the condition of open fire. The flame monitoring sensor R2868 is used as the open fire detection sensor in grain depot to monitor and warn the open fire in the warehouse, and the STC12C5A60S2 microcontroller is used as the microprocessor, and the optoelectronic sensor is used as the grain level detecting element. A set of grain level measuring instrument is designed to accurately measure the storage height of grain warehouse, and the system realizes the purpose of monitoring and early warning of grain warehouse through the application of GPRS technology and the design of remote monitoring software. The communication quality of the remote monitoring and warning system for grain warehouse based on the Internet of things is stable and reliable, the packet loss rate of the system is less than 5 in the process of remote data transmission, the alarm response time of the system to open fire is about 1.8 s, and the system has strong maneuverability. The remote monitoring software basically meets the design requirements and has a high practical application. It can effectively realize the remote monitoring and early warning function of grain warehouse.
