【摘要】：中藥資源動態(tài)監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)填報是中藥資源動態(tài)監(jiān)測體系的日常工作和重要任務(wù)之一,數(shù)據(jù)真實、準(zhǔn)確是中藥資源動態(tài)監(jiān)測持續(xù)、健康發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ),而信息化是提升數(shù)據(jù)填報效率、填報質(zhì)量的有效手段。為實現(xiàn)對全國中藥資源變化的實時掌握,構(gòu)建了中藥資源動態(tài)監(jiān)測填報系統(tǒng)。為解決實踐中出現(xiàn)的問題,使用GIS技術(shù)實現(xiàn)了數(shù)據(jù)的多維化,提升了數(shù)據(jù)的安全性、實用性與規(guī)范性,為數(shù)據(jù)的后續(xù)處理奠定了基礎(chǔ)。根據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)要求設(shè)計了12個表單,98個采集指標(biāo)以滿足中藥資源動態(tài)監(jiān)測工作的需要。該文從中藥資源動態(tài)監(jiān)測填報系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)內(nèi)容、設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)、主要功能特點及應(yīng)用效果進行了具體介紹。就GIS技術(shù)在中藥資源動態(tài)監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)填報中起到的作用,以及該系統(tǒng)是如何實現(xiàn)中藥材的種植、生產(chǎn)、銷售等數(shù)據(jù)的日常填報,滿足中藥材市場、集散地、種植地等外業(yè)環(huán)境的快速定位與信息收集等功能進行了闡述。
[Abstract]:Chinese medicine resources dynamic monitoring data filling is the daily work of the traditional Chinese medicine resources dynamic monitoring system and important Ren Wuzhi, the data is true, accurate is the traditional Chinese medicine resources dynamic monitoring, the healthy development foundation, but the informationization is enhances the data filling efficiency. In order to realize the real-time control of the changes of Chinese traditional medicine resources in China, a dynamic monitoring and reporting system of Chinese traditional medicine resources was constructed. In order to solve the problems in practice, the multi-dimensional data was realized by using GIS technology. Improved data security, practicability and standardization, 12 forms and 98 collection indexes are designed according to the business requirements to meet the needs of the dynamic monitoring of traditional Chinese medicine resources. In this paper, the contents, design and implementation of the dynamic monitoring and filling system for traditional Chinese medicine resources are introduced. The main function characteristics and application effect are introduced in detail. The function of GIS technology in the dynamic monitoring data filling of traditional Chinese medicine resources is introduced, and how to realize the daily filling out of the data such as planting, production and sale of traditional Chinese medicine by this system is discussed. The functions of fast location and information collection for the field environment of Chinese herbal medicine market, distribution center and planting area are described in this paper.
