【摘要】:氣動(dòng)力敏機(jī)械手指是利用氣壓測(cè)微技術(shù)和氣膜柔性承載技術(shù),將觸覺傳感器和普通機(jī)械手結(jié)合為一體,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)工件無(wú)損傷抓取。芯軸與輥環(huán)之間的氣膜是組成測(cè)力系統(tǒng)的關(guān)鍵部分,氣膜內(nèi)的氣體壓力分布狀態(tài)直接影響氣動(dòng)力敏機(jī)械手指的工作性能。介紹了氣動(dòng)力敏機(jī)械手指的結(jié)構(gòu)及工作原理,推導(dǎo)了氣膜壓力場(chǎng)雷諾方程,并采用FLUENT軟件仿真計(jì)算了氣膜壓力場(chǎng)。得出的結(jié)果為實(shí)際氣動(dòng)力敏機(jī)械手指的設(shè)計(jì)提供了理論基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Pneumatic sensing mechanical finger is a combination of tactile sensor and ordinary manipulator, which is based on pneumatic micrometer and flexible bearing technology of gas film. The film between the core shaft and the roller ring is the key part of the force measuring system. The distribution of gas pressure in the film directly affects the working performance of the pneumatic sensitive mechanical finger. The structure and working principle of the finger are introduced, and the Reynolds equation of the film pressure field is derived. The film pressure field is simulated by FLUENT software and the results provide a theoretical basis for the design of practical aerodynamic sensitive mechanical fingers.
