地鐵爆破振動(dòng)在線監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:地鐵目前已經(jīng)成為大中城市人們出行最主要的交通工具,隨著城市規(guī)模的發(fā)展越來越快,地鐵的發(fā)展需求也越來越高,雖然地鐵給人們的出行帶來了很大的便利,但是同時(shí)在地鐵建設(shè)時(shí)期,除了帶來交通的影響外,最重要的就是地鐵施工過程中安全以及地鐵施工過程中對(duì)現(xiàn)有結(jié)構(gòu)的影響,如居民樓、高架橋、路面鐵路等等。地鐵施工過程中的安全問題依然嚴(yán)峻,仍然是學(xué)術(shù)界與工程界普遍關(guān)注的重點(diǎn)。據(jù)不完全統(tǒng)計(jì),截止2015年末,中國大陸地區(qū)共26個(gè)城市開通了城市軌道交通運(yùn)營,共計(jì)116條線路,運(yùn)營線路總長度達(dá)3618公里,而且再從2015年至2020年新增的地鐵總里程將以每年新增1000Km左右的速度增長。隨著地鐵規(guī)模的不斷增長,各地的因?yàn)榈罔F施工引起的安全事故也不斷增加,本文主要針對(duì)地基以巖石為主的城市在地鐵施工過程中,爆破振動(dòng)對(duì)周邊結(jié)構(gòu)物的影響為研究對(duì)象,從結(jié)構(gòu)安全監(jiān)測的角度出發(fā),提出由無人值守的自動(dòng)化在線監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)替代傳統(tǒng)的人工檢測方式,從而更加實(shí)時(shí)、全面的評(píng)估結(jié)構(gòu)物在地鐵爆破施工過程中,對(duì)周邊結(jié)構(gòu)物的影響是否超過限制。自動(dòng)化在線監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)主要包括振動(dòng)傳感器、振動(dòng)采集儀、云平臺(tái)三部分組成,本文將以重點(diǎn)振動(dòng)采集儀的實(shí)現(xiàn)進(jìn)行描述,并整體介紹在線監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)方案。最后本套監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)在青島地鐵R3線的施工過程中得到了應(yīng)用,并取得了預(yù)期的目標(biāo)和效果。
[Abstract]:At present, subway has become the most important means of transportation for people in large and medium-sized cities. With the rapid development of the city, the demand for subway development is becoming higher and higher, although the subway has brought great convenience to people's travel. But at the same time, during the period of subway construction, in addition to bringing about the impact of traffic, the most important thing is the safety during the subway construction and the influence on the existing structures during the subway construction, such as residential buildings, viaducts, Road, railway, etc. The safety problems in subway construction are still severe and still the focus of the academic and engineering circles. According to incomplete statistics, as of end of 2015, A total of 26 cities in mainland China have opened urban rail transit operations, with a total of 116 lines, with a total length of 3,618 km. Moreover, from 2015 to 2020, the total new subway mileage will increase by about 1000km per year. As the size of the subway continues to grow, the number of safety accidents caused by subway construction is also increasing. In this paper, the effect of blasting vibration on surrounding structures in a city with rock foundation is studied in the course of subway construction, and from the point of view of structural safety monitoring, In this paper, an automatic on-line monitoring system is proposed to replace the traditional manual detection method, so that the structure can be evaluated in real time and comprehensively in the construction process of subway blasting. The automatic on-line monitoring system mainly consists of three parts: vibration sensor, vibration collector and cloud platform. This paper will describe the realization of the key vibration collector. Finally, this monitoring system has been applied in the construction process of Qingdao Metro R3 line, and achieved the expected goal and effect.
