【摘要】:切削用量的選擇對(duì)刀具耐用度、產(chǎn)品的加工效率以及加工質(zhì)量等都有直接影響。為選取合理的切削用量,以最大生產(chǎn)效率為目標(biāo),建立銑削加工優(yōu)化模型。結(jié)合實(shí)際加工中不同約束限制,采用改進(jìn)遺傳算法(Multi-Island GA)對(duì)目標(biāo)函數(shù)尋優(yōu)求解。將優(yōu)化后的結(jié)果與切削用量手冊(cè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)值相對(duì)比,切削用量的選取得到了有效改善,并提高了銑削加工的生產(chǎn)效率,且優(yōu)化結(jié)果驗(yàn)證了算法的可行性。
[Abstract]:The choice of cutting parameters has a direct effect on tool durability, machining efficiency and machining quality. In order to select reasonable cutting parameters, the maximum production efficiency is the goal. The optimization model of milling machining is established. In combination with different constraints in actual machining, an improved genetic algorithm (GA) is adopted to solve the optimization of the objective function. The optimized results are compared with the experience values of the cutting parameters manual. The selection of cutting parameters is improved effectively and the production efficiency of milling is improved. The optimization results verify the feasibility of the algorithm.
