高分二號(hào)衛(wèi)星影像融合方法與效果評(píng)價(jià)

【摘要】:高分二號(hào)(GF-2)是我國(guó)高分辨率對(duì)地觀測(cè)系統(tǒng)重大專(zhuān)項(xiàng)中的首顆"亞米級(jí)"衛(wèi)星,極大地提高了我國(guó)高空間分辨衛(wèi)星影像的自給率。遙感影像融合是高分辨遙感處理和應(yīng)用的關(guān)鍵流程,選擇北京、大連和福州地區(qū)GF-2影像,采用彩色標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化變換(Brovey)法、相位恢復(fù)(Gram-Schmidt)法、色度空間變換(HSV)法、主成分變換(PCA)法和超分辨率貝葉斯(Pansharp)法共5種融合方法對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)區(qū)影像進(jìn)行融合實(shí)驗(yàn)。首先對(duì)5種融合結(jié)果進(jìn)行目視效果評(píng)價(jià),然后構(gòu)建了標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差、信息熵、平均梯度、相關(guān)系數(shù)和扭曲程度5個(gè)指標(biāo)對(duì)融合結(jié)果進(jìn)行定量評(píng)價(jià)。結(jié)果表明:Pansharp法在圖像信息、細(xì)節(jié)以及光譜都具有較好的保持效果,Gram-Schmidt和PCA次之,HSV和Brovey色彩失真較明顯,該結(jié)論可為GF-2衛(wèi)星影像科研和工程應(yīng)用提供參考。
[Abstract]:Gao Fen No. 2 (GF-2) is the first "Yami" satellite in a major project of China's high-resolution Earth observation system. Remote sensing image fusion is the key process of high-resolution remote sensing processing and application. The GF-2 images in Beijing, Dalian and Fuzhou are selected, and the color standardized transformation method is used. Phase recovery Gram-Schmidt method, chrominance space transformation (HSV) method, principal component transform (PCA) method and super-resolution Bayesian Pansharp method were used to perform fusion experiments. Then, five indexes, standard deviation, information entropy, average gradient, correlation coefficient and distortion degree, are constructed to evaluate the fusion results quantitatively. The detail and spectrum have better retention effect than Gram-Schmidt and PCA. The color distortion of HSV and Brovey is obvious. This conclusion can provide reference for the scientific research and engineering application of GF-2 satellite image.
