【摘要】：研制了一種非結構化的五自由度助老助殘機械手,針對助老助殘機械手末端手掌對空間目標物體的定位抓取問題,采用了一種激光引導的雙目機器視覺定位和廣義回歸神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡求逆解相結合的方法。該方法中,雙目機器視覺定位采用雙目工業(yè)相機,通過閾值分割算法識別激光斑確定目標物體的坐標,再經(jīng)廣義回歸神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡反解出助老助殘機械手關節(jié)角度。最后通過采集實驗數(shù)據(jù)和理想數(shù)據(jù)做對比,該方法能夠達到較高的定位抓取精度,比較以往的機械手角度反解,該方法不存在無解或多解的情況。
[Abstract]:In this paper, an unstructured manipulator with five degrees of freedom to assist the disabled is developed, which aims at the problem of locating and grasping the space object by the palm at the end of the manipulator. A combination of laser guided binocular machine vision location and generalized regression neural network for inverse solution is adopted. In this method, binocular industrial camera is used for binocular machine vision positioning. The coordinates of the target object are determined by the threshold segmentation algorithm, and the angle of the manipulator joint is solved by the generalized regression neural network. Finally, the experimental data are collected and the ideal data are compared. This method can achieve a higher precision of positioning and grasping. Compared with the previous angular inverse solution of manipulator, there is no solution or multiple solution in this method.
