【摘要】：[目的/意義]針對(duì)應(yīng)急情報(bào)智能決策支持系統(tǒng)(IDSS)自學(xué)習(xí)能力較差等問(wèn)題,提出了一種基于案例推理的應(yīng)急情報(bào)智能決策支持系統(tǒng)。[方法/過(guò)程]首先,分析了應(yīng)急情報(bào)IDSS的特點(diǎn)和局限性;其次,分析了基于案例推理(CBR)系統(tǒng)和貝葉斯信念網(wǎng)(BBN)在應(yīng)急情報(bào)智能決策中的應(yīng)用;再次,使用人工神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)(ANN)算法代替CBR系統(tǒng)中原有檢索算法,使用BBN訓(xùn)練分類(lèi)器,建立了基于A(yíng)NN-BBN-CBR的應(yīng)急情報(bào)IDSS模型;最后,給出了該系統(tǒng)的工作流程,并通過(guò)收集到的數(shù)據(jù)驗(yàn)證了該系統(tǒng)有效性和可行性。[結(jié)果/結(jié)論]該系統(tǒng)模型的使用不僅使大型案例庫(kù)的檢索和匹配速度及準(zhǔn)確率得到了大幅度的提高,并且為案例相似性的度量提供了適當(dāng)?shù)慕y(tǒng)計(jì)信息,給案例庫(kù)的組織管理也帶來(lái)了方便,更為應(yīng)急情報(bào)收集、整合、分析、傳遞、反饋等工作提供了研究思路。
[Abstract]:[objective / significance] in view of the poor self-learning ability of IDSS, an intelligent decision support system for emergency intelligence based on case-based reasoning (CBR) is proposed. [method / process] first of all, The characteristics and limitations of emergency intelligence IDSS are analyzed. Secondly, the application of CBR-based reasoning system and Bayesian belief net in intelligent decision-making of emergency intelligence is analyzed. The artificial neural network (Ann) algorithm is used to replace the original retrieval algorithm in CBR system, and the BBN training classifier is used to establish the IDSS model of emergency information based on ANN-BBN-CBR. Finally, the workflow of the system is given. The validity and feasibility of the system are verified by the collected data. [results / conclusions] the use of the system model not only improves the retrieval and matching speed and accuracy of large case base, but also improves the accuracy of the system. It also provides appropriate statistical information for the measurement of case similarity, and also brings convenience to the organization and management of the case base, and provides research ideas for the collection, integration, analysis, transmission and feedback of emergency information.
