曲阜城區(qū)配電網(wǎng)自動化系統(tǒng)的升級改造及應(yīng)用

【摘要】:隨著電力技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展,配電網(wǎng)自動化系統(tǒng)的功能也日趨完善,開始廣泛應(yīng)用于配電網(wǎng)建設(shè)當(dāng)中,大家對強化電能品質(zhì)、電網(wǎng)構(gòu)建、電網(wǎng)科學(xué)平穩(wěn)運轉(zhuǎn)及優(yōu)良服務(wù)能力提出了更高要求。配電系統(tǒng)作為構(gòu)建堅強智能電網(wǎng)的六大核心步驟的一個方面,是堅強智能電網(wǎng)的關(guān)鍵根基及重要內(nèi)容。依照先進(jìn)國家的科學(xué)做法,先進(jìn)的配電網(wǎng)自動化系統(tǒng)是增強配電網(wǎng)監(jiān)管能力,提升供電水平、質(zhì)量及穩(wěn)定性,達(dá)到科學(xué)經(jīng)濟運轉(zhuǎn)的前提,也是實現(xiàn)智能配電網(wǎng)目標(biāo)的關(guān)鍵。針對原有配網(wǎng)自動化系統(tǒng)存在的明顯不足,結(jié)合城區(qū)配電網(wǎng)改造,曲阜供電公司對配網(wǎng)自動化系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行升級改造。我有幸參與此項工程的設(shè)計工作,利用所學(xué)知識,深入鉆研,收獲頗多。本文首先介紹了配電網(wǎng)自動化系統(tǒng)方面的基本知識,對該系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了解,指出曲阜城區(qū)配電網(wǎng)自動化系統(tǒng)升級改造的必要性;谂潆娮詣踊髡镜墓δ懿蛔,城區(qū)配電系統(tǒng)供電可靠率較低的情況,設(shè)計了配電網(wǎng)網(wǎng)架及一次設(shè)備、配電自動化主站系統(tǒng)、饋線自動化、配電終端及相關(guān)的配電通訊網(wǎng)與配電信息集成應(yīng)用等方面的詳細(xì)改造方案,最后對改造后的曲阜城區(qū)配網(wǎng)自動化系統(tǒng)的實際應(yīng)用情況進(jìn)行了分析與測試。詳細(xì)分析了配電網(wǎng)一次網(wǎng)架及設(shè)備、配電網(wǎng)自動化系統(tǒng)、饋線自動化等方面升級后實際應(yīng)用的情況,并對系統(tǒng)整體實際運行成效進(jìn)行了分析。曲阜城區(qū)配電網(wǎng)自動化工程的成功實踐,說明配電自動化建設(shè)將推動配電網(wǎng)生產(chǎn)運行管理模式的改造,提高配電網(wǎng)的供電可靠性和運行經(jīng)濟性,提升配電網(wǎng)的運行管理水平和供電服務(wù)質(zhì)量,不僅具有顯著的經(jīng)濟效益,而且會帶來巨大的社會效益。配網(wǎng)自動化系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用,使得曲阜配網(wǎng)工程的科技含量和技術(shù)水平大大提升,明顯增強供電穩(wěn)定性,且在智能配電網(wǎng)、調(diào)控一體化層面展開認(rèn)真研究及分析。由一年來的實際運行情況能夠得出,改造后的曲阜城區(qū)配電網(wǎng)自動化系統(tǒng)顯著提高了供電可靠性,達(dá)到了預(yù)期目標(biāo),大大提升了配電網(wǎng)的運行管理水平和供電服務(wù)質(zhì)量,在曲阜城區(qū)配電網(wǎng)的常態(tài)運轉(zhuǎn)及監(jiān)管方面發(fā)揮了巨大作用。該系統(tǒng)借助了先進(jìn)的技術(shù)和設(shè)施及穩(wěn)定的通訊網(wǎng)絡(luò),今后將在曲阜社會經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展當(dāng)中產(chǎn)生巨大效益。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of power technology, the function of distribution network automation system is becoming more and more perfect. It has been widely used in distribution network construction. The scientific and smooth operation of the power grid and its excellent service capability put forward higher requirements. Distribution system is one of the six core steps in building a strong smart grid. It is the key foundation and important content of the strong smart grid. According to the scientific practice of the advanced countries, the advanced distribution network automation system is to enhance the supervision ability of the distribution network, improve the level, quality and stability of the power supply, To achieve the premise of scientific and economic operation is also the key to achieve the goal of smart distribution network. In view of the obvious shortcomings of the original distribution automation system, combined with the transformation of urban distribution network, Qufu Power supply Company has upgraded the distribution network automation system. I have the honor to participate in the design of this project, using the knowledge learned, in-depth research, a lot of gains. First, this paper introduces the basic knowledge of distribution network automation system, Based on the understanding of the system, the necessity of upgrading and reforming the distribution network automation system in Qufu City is pointed out. Based on the insufficient function of the main station of distribution automation, the reliability of power supply of the distribution system in the urban area is low. The detailed retrofit schemes of distribution network frame and primary equipment, main station system of distribution automation, feeder automation, distribution terminal and related integrated application of distribution network and distribution information are designed. Finally, the practical application of the reformed distribution automation system in Qufu district is analyzed and tested. The primary network structure and equipment of the distribution network are analyzed in detail, and the distribution network automation system is analyzed in detail. The actual application of feeder automation after upgrading, and the actual operation results of the system as a whole are analyzed. It is shown that the construction of distribution automation will promote the transformation of production and operation management mode of distribution network, improve the reliability and economy of distribution network, improve the level of operation management and service quality of distribution network, and not only have remarkable economic benefits. And it will bring great social benefits. The application of distribution automation system makes the science and technology content and technical level of Qufu distribution network project greatly improved, obviously enhance the stability of power supply, and in the smart distribution network, From the actual operation in the past year, it can be concluded that the reformed distribution network automation system in Qufu district has significantly improved the reliability of power supply and achieved the expected goal. It has greatly improved the management level of distribution network and the quality of power supply service, and has played a great role in the normal operation and supervision of the distribution network in Qufu City. The system has benefited from advanced technology and facilities, as well as a stable communication network. In the future in Qufu social and economic development will produce tremendous benefits.
