變循環(huán)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)穩(wěn)態(tài)控制規(guī)律設(shè)計(jì)的新方法

【摘要】:變循環(huán)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)(VCE)具有較多的可調(diào)參數(shù),為了進(jìn)行變循環(huán)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的多變量穩(wěn)態(tài)控制規(guī)律優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),提出了用于變循環(huán)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)穩(wěn)態(tài)控制規(guī)律優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)的一種新方法-逆算法。該方法基于敏感性系數(shù)矩陣,采用可調(diào)參數(shù)替換傳統(tǒng)部件級(jí)性能計(jì)算模型中的獨(dú)立變量,在給定變循環(huán)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)主要狀態(tài)參數(shù)和部件參數(shù)的條件下,實(shí)現(xiàn)了可調(diào)參數(shù)的求解,進(jìn)一步完成發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)穩(wěn)態(tài)控制規(guī)律的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)。對(duì)比表明,逆算法的計(jì)算精度和收斂速度與傳統(tǒng)算法一致,收斂性得到了改善。對(duì)帶有核心機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)風(fēng)扇(CDFS)的雙外涵變循環(huán)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)亞聲速巡航的節(jié)流狀態(tài)控制規(guī)律優(yōu)化后,使得巡航推力下的安裝耗油率比定幾何的雙外涵和單外涵發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)分別下降7.8%和16.4%,而地面安裝耗油率最大降低約3.4%。結(jié)果表明,逆算法是變循環(huán)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)穩(wěn)態(tài)控制規(guī)律優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)的一種有效途徑。
[Abstract]:Variable cycle engine (VCE) has more adjustable parameters. In order to optimize the multivariable steady state control law of variable cycle engine, In this paper, an inverse algorithm for the optimization of steady state control law of variable cycle engine is proposed. Based on the sensitivity coefficient matrix, the independent variables in the traditional component level performance model are replaced by adjustable parameters. Under the condition that the main state parameters and component parameters of the variable cycle engine are given, the adjustable parameters are solved, and the optimization design of the steady state control law of the engine is further completed. The accuracy and convergence rate of the inverse algorithm are consistent with those of the traditional algorithm, and the convergence is improved. After the optimization of the throttle state control law of the dual external culvert variable cycle engine with the core drive fan CDFS, the throttle state control law of the dual external culvert variable cycle engine is optimized. The fuel consumption of cruising thrust is reduced by 7.8% and 16.4than that of the double-culvert and single-culvert engines with fixed geometry, respectively, while the maximum fuel consumption on the ground is reduced by about 3.4. the results show that, Inverse algorithm is an effective way to optimize the steady state control law of variable cycle engine.
