【摘要】：隨著城市化進(jìn)程的加速,樓宇安裝的電梯數(shù)量越來(lái)越多,電梯轎廂已成為重要的多媒體廣告投放空間。為滿(mǎn)足多樣化的需求,乘客需要電梯能提供到站開(kāi)門(mén)、關(guān)門(mén)等語(yǔ)音提示信息。電梯出現(xiàn)故障時(shí),需要及時(shí)獲取故障信息,以便維護(hù)人員處置,故而需要一套系統(tǒng)對(duì)多臺(tái)電梯運(yùn)行狀態(tài)進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控。本論文從電梯改造項(xiàng)目需求出發(fā),分析了國(guó)內(nèi)外電梯遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控、語(yǔ)音報(bào)站、多媒體顯示終端的現(xiàn)狀以及所面臨的問(wèn)題,提出基于RSL協(xié)議通信,開(kāi)發(fā)相關(guān)軟、硬件獲取電梯轎廂上下行方向、開(kāi)關(guān)門(mén)狀態(tài),以及電梯故障與報(bào)警信息,將電梯轎廂多媒體顯示、語(yǔ)音報(bào)站功能集成于一體,遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)與多臺(tái)電梯轎廂多媒體顯示終端組成以太網(wǎng)絡(luò),以通信的方式設(shè)置RSL協(xié)議解碼參數(shù)、控制電梯消防專(zhuān)用、監(jiān)控電梯運(yùn)行信息、更新轎廂多媒體顯示屏?xí)r鐘以及視頻、圖片、消息文件等。本論文對(duì)RSL協(xié)議電梯監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的研究。首先,采用示波器測(cè)量并分析出RSL協(xié)議編碼規(guī)則并設(shè)計(jì)相關(guān)電路,設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)RSL協(xié)議解碼、參數(shù)儲(chǔ)存、串口通信功能;其次,采用Python語(yǔ)言設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)電梯轎廂運(yùn)行信息顯示、語(yǔ)音播報(bào)、視頻播放、圖片切換等功能;然后,采用Microsoft Sql數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì)相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)報(bào)表,采用Visual C++6.0語(yǔ)言設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)用戶(hù)登錄、用戶(hù)管理、電梯運(yùn)行信息顯示、時(shí)鐘同步、文件下載、參數(shù)設(shè)置、報(bào)表查詢(xún)與導(dǎo)出等功能;最后,搭建測(cè)試環(huán)境,對(duì)系統(tǒng)各軟件模塊進(jìn)行了單元功能測(cè)試、集成測(cè)試、性能測(cè)試,對(duì)RSL解碼模塊、轎廂多媒體模塊進(jìn)行了硬件綜合測(cè)試,各項(xiàng)測(cè)試表明系統(tǒng)功能與性能滿(mǎn)足需求。本文從硬件電路分析入手,采用示波器推算出通信協(xié)議編碼規(guī)則,并設(shè)計(jì)出相關(guān)電路,開(kāi)發(fā)相關(guān)解碼軟件,以自定義通訊格式的方式實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)在不同軟、硬件系統(tǒng)之間的交換,論文對(duì)其它通訊協(xié)議的分析與設(shè)計(jì)具有借鑒意義。同時(shí),系統(tǒng)集成度高,在基于RSL通信協(xié)議電梯升級(jí)改造中具有應(yīng)用推廣價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:With the accelerated process of city building, elevator installation number increasing, elevator has become important on the multimedia advertising space. In order to meet the diversified needs of passengers need to provide lift door station, closing voice prompt information. The elevator malfunction, need timely access to fault information, maintenance personnel disposal, therefore need a system to a plurality of elevator running state real-time monitoring. This paper from the elevator renovation project requirement, analyzed the domestic and foreign elevator remote monitoring, voice, multimedia display terminal status and problems, proposed the RSL protocol based on the development of related software and hardware access, elevator up and down direction open, closed state, and elevator fault and alarm information, the elevator car multimedia display, voice function integrated, remote monitoring system with multiple The elevator car multimedia display terminal in communication network, RSL protocol decoding way to set parameters, control of fire for the elevator, elevator operation monitoring information, update the car multimedia display clock, video, pictures, news documents. This paper carried out a detailed study of the RSL protocol of elevator monitoring system. First of all, the use of oscilloscope and the analysis of the RSL protocol encoding rules and related circuit design, the design and implementation of RSL protocol decoding, parameter storage, serial communication function; secondly, using Python language design and implementation of elevator operation information display, voice broadcast, video playback, picture switching function; then, using Microsoft Sql database design and related data, the Visual C++6.0 language design and implementation of user login, user management, display, clock synchronization of elevator operation information, file download, parameter setting, report check Inquiry and export functions; finally, setting up the testing environment, the modules of the system of unit functional testing, integration testing, performance testing, the RSL decoding module, car multimedia module hardware comprehensive test, the test shows that the system function and performance meet the demand. This paper starts from the analysis of the hardware circuit, calculate the communication protocol encoding rules using the oscilloscope, and design the related circuits, related to the development of decoding software, to customize the communication format to achieve data exchange in different soft, hardware system, with reference to the analysis and design of other protocols. At the same time, high integration, RSL communication protocol is applied to upgrade the elevator based on the value transformation.
