【摘要】:現(xiàn)有核電站水處理生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)經(jīng)過多年的發(fā)展,其生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)硬件和軟件系統(tǒng)建設(shè)已基本完成,但是由于生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)和管理系統(tǒng)之間缺少緊密的聯(lián)系,獨(dú)自實(shí)現(xiàn)自己不同的功能,每個水處理生產(chǎn)控制系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)一般采用PLC監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),由就地控制站、計算機(jī)操作站、工業(yè)交換機(jī)等組成,完成生產(chǎn)過程的監(jiān)控和生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)信息的采集;而管理系統(tǒng)(即信息化系統(tǒng))在更多的時候只是一些生產(chǎn)管理部門的辦公自動化手段,平時主要用來輔助采購生產(chǎn)物資、管理設(shè)備庫存和一些簡單的數(shù)據(jù)分析等,缺乏整個企業(yè)現(xiàn)代化生產(chǎn)管理模式。管控一體化技術(shù)則順應(yīng)社會和技術(shù)發(fā)展潮流,建立完整的數(shù)據(jù)中心、統(tǒng)一技術(shù)平臺,成為核電站自動化和信息化“兩化”融合的主要方式之一。利用計算機(jī)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)和數(shù)據(jù)庫等先進(jìn)的技術(shù),核電站各個水處理系統(tǒng)共同建立統(tǒng)一的數(shù)據(jù)庫,使得企業(yè)信息化系統(tǒng)通過監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),直接與自動控制系統(tǒng)交換實(shí)時數(shù)據(jù),系統(tǒng)從生產(chǎn)過程數(shù)據(jù)庫中獲取大量有用的數(shù)據(jù),為企業(yè)管理者生產(chǎn)管理決策提供依據(jù),提高生產(chǎn)效率。根據(jù)核電站水處理系統(tǒng)設(shè)備的運(yùn)行特點(diǎn),核電水處理管控一體化系統(tǒng)采用先進(jìn)的工業(yè)以太網(wǎng)技術(shù)(Modbus TCP和Profi Net)把生產(chǎn)區(qū)域分散、不同種類的PLC控制系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成一個完整的生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)監(jiān)控網(wǎng)絡(luò),其由i Fix監(jiān)控軟件、服務(wù)器和現(xiàn)場PLC控制系統(tǒng)組成,來完成對現(xiàn)場生產(chǎn)設(shè)備的操作、數(shù)據(jù)采集、優(yōu)化控制、報警處理和報表打印等;采用Kepware OPC技術(shù)來實(shí)現(xiàn)核電站水處理系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)采集,由KEPServer EX服務(wù)器系統(tǒng)對整個網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的數(shù)據(jù)信息進(jìn)行采集、處理、合并、存儲、計算和分析,通過OPC接口提供給網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的監(jiān)控計算機(jī)使用,為信息種類多、數(shù)據(jù)量大的生產(chǎn)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)和開放靈活、應(yīng)用廣泛的數(shù)字信息平臺之間搭設(shè)了橋梁,把經(jīng)營管理層的數(shù)據(jù)信息流通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳達(dá)到控制系統(tǒng),更好地優(yōu)化生產(chǎn),確保按照生產(chǎn)計劃正常安全運(yùn)行;同時將從控制系統(tǒng)采集得到并經(jīng)處理后的實(shí)時生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)信息反饋上傳至經(jīng)營管理層和Internet,成為經(jīng)營管理層和其他部門決策的數(shù)據(jù)參考。本文重點(diǎn)介紹了核電水處理自動控制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計,包括PLC控制系統(tǒng)、以太網(wǎng)交換機(jī)、操作站及服務(wù)器配置等;KEPServer EX數(shù)據(jù)采集技術(shù)的通訊方案設(shè)計和工程應(yīng)用;以及數(shù)據(jù)庫OPC數(shù)據(jù)采集接口程序的系統(tǒng)設(shè)計、數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計、系統(tǒng)程序詳細(xì)設(shè)計和程序界面設(shè)計等。核電水處理管控一體化系統(tǒng)能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)監(jiān)控功能、生產(chǎn)管理功能、經(jīng)營管理功能和行政管理功能等,特別是對生產(chǎn)管理中的人工智能水處理專家診斷系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的設(shè)計和應(yīng)用,顯示了管控一體化系統(tǒng)中真正“管”的意義。
[Abstract]:After years of development, the basic hardware and software system of the production management system of the existing nuclear power plant water treatment production system has been basically completed, but due to the lack of close connection between the production system and the management system, The structure of each water treatment production control system generally adopts PLC monitoring system, which consists of local control station, computer operation station, industrial switch and so on. To complete the monitoring of the production process and the collection of production data and information; and the management system (that is, the information system) is more often a means of office automation of some production management departments, which is mainly used to assist in the procurement of production materials. Management of equipment inventory and some simple data analysis, etc., lack of modern production management mode of the whole enterprise. Management and control integration technology conforms to the trend of social and technological development, establishes a complete data center, unifies the technology platform, It has become one of the main ways for the integration of automation and informatization in nuclear power plants. Using advanced technologies such as computers, networks and databases, all water treatment systems of nuclear power stations have jointly established a unified database. It makes the enterprise information system exchange real-time data directly with the automatic control system through the monitoring system. The system obtains a large number of useful data from the production process database, which provides the basis for the decision of the enterprise manager's production management. To improve production efficiency. According to the operation characteristics of water treatment system equipment in nuclear power plant, the integrated system of nuclear power water treatment management and control uses advanced industrial Ethernet technology Modbus TCP and Profi Netto to disperse the production area. Different kinds of PLC control system constitute a complete production system monitoring network, which is composed of I Fix monitoring software, server and field PLC control system to complete the operation, data acquisition, optimization control of field production equipment. Using Kepware OPC technology to realize the data acquisition of the nuclear power plant water treatment system, the KEPServer ex server system collects, processes, merges, stores, calculates and analyzes the data information in the whole network. Through the OPC interface, it is provided to the monitoring computer in the network to build a bridge between the production monitoring system with many kinds of information, the large amount of data, the open and flexible digital information platform, and the widely used digital information platform. Communicate the data flow of management layer to the control system through the network, optimize production better, ensure the normal and safe operation according to the production plan; At the same time, the feedback of real-time production data collected from the control system and processed by the control system is uploaded to the management level and Internet to become the data reference for the management and other departments to make decisions. This paper focuses on the introduction of nuclear power water treatment. The design of automatic control system, Including the communication scheme design and engineering application of PLC control system, Ethernet switch, operation station and server configuration, and the system design and database design of database OPC data acquisition interface program. System program design and program interface design etc. Nuclear power water treatment management and control integrated system can realize monitoring function, production management function, operation management function and administrative management function, etc. In particular, the design and application of artificial intelligence expert diagnosis system for water treatment in production management has been carried out in detail, which shows the true meaning of "pipe" in the integrated system of management and control.
