環(huán)境溫度對數(shù)控機床直線運動軸位置偏差的影響

【摘要】:機床使用時環(huán)境溫度的變化,造成補償后的定位精度變差."固定-支撐"的絲杠安裝方式下熱誤差呈線性規(guī)律,據(jù)此建立了半閉環(huán)直線運動軸位置偏差隨環(huán)境溫度變化的預測模型.測試了半閉環(huán)控制運動軸在最高、最低兩種環(huán)境溫度下的位置偏差,擬合得到熱誤差隨環(huán)境溫度變化的規(guī)律.利用位置偏差預測結(jié)果,對螺距誤差進一步補償.結(jié)果表明:對于半閉環(huán)控制的滾珠絲杠進給系統(tǒng),當環(huán)境溫升8,℃時,位置偏差最大值由8mm增大到72mm,補償后降為9.9mm,降低了96.87%,;對于全閉環(huán)控制的滾珠絲杠進給系統(tǒng),當環(huán)境溫升8℃時,位置偏差由2.5mm增大到17.7mm.根據(jù)本文所建立的模型進行補償,可以提高定位精度的熱穩(wěn)定性,并且當環(huán)境溫升大于6℃時,利用溫度補償?shù)陌腴]環(huán)控制下定位精度大于全閉環(huán)控制下的定位精度.
[Abstract]:When the machine tool is in use, the change of ambient temperature causes the positioning accuracy to become worse after compensation. The thermal error of the "fixed support" lead screw installation mode is linear. Based on this, a prediction model of the position deviation of semi-closed loop linear motion axis with ambient temperature is established, and the position deviation of semi-closed loop control axis under the highest and lowest ambient temperatures is tested. The variation of thermal error with ambient temperature is obtained by fitting. The pitch error is further compensated by using the prediction result of position deviation. The results show that for the ball screw feed system controlled by semi-closed loop, when the ambient temperature rises at 8 鈩,
