【摘要】：針對(duì)帶式輸送機(jī)在輕載狀態(tài)時(shí)的耗能問題,利用BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)建立了由煤流量、輸送帶運(yùn)行速度和系統(tǒng)總功率構(gòu)成的節(jié)能優(yōu)化模型,提出了基于變頻調(diào)速的帶式輸送機(jī)節(jié)能控制策略;結(jié)合可編程控制技術(shù)、現(xiàn)代傳感器技術(shù)和智能控制原理,設(shè)計(jì)了基于PLC的模糊控制器,完成了控制系統(tǒng)的硬件選型與軟件設(shè)計(jì);通過Win CC組態(tài)軟件設(shè)計(jì)了上位機(jī)系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)了帶式輸送機(jī)遠(yuǎn)程控制和實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the energy dissipation problem of belt conveyor in light load condition, the energy saving optimization model composed of coal flow rate, conveyor belt running speed and system total power is established by using BP neural network. The energy saving control strategy of belt conveyor based on frequency conversion and speed regulation is put forward. Combined with programmable control technology, modern sensor technology and intelligent control principle, the fuzzy controller based on PLC is designed, and the hardware selection and software design of the control system are completed. The upper computer system is designed by Win CC configuration software, and the remote control and real time monitoring of belt conveyor are realized.
