【摘要】：針對(duì)閉環(huán)路徑不一致、閉環(huán)視角變化較大的VSLAM(視覺(jué)同時(shí)定位與地圖創(chuàng)建)閉環(huán)檢測(cè)問(wèn)題,提出了一種基于場(chǎng)景顯著區(qū)域的改進(jìn)閉環(huán)檢測(cè)算法.首先設(shè)計(jì)了基于場(chǎng)景顯著區(qū)域的閉環(huán)檢測(cè)架構(gòu),并構(gòu)建了相應(yīng)的閉環(huán)全概率模型.其次,提出了融合特征跟蹤率與RGB直方圖匹配的關(guān)鍵幀選取方法,降低了閉環(huán)檢測(cè)過(guò)程的信息冗余.然后,采用基于逆向索引的預(yù)匹配場(chǎng)景選取方法,極大地提高了閉環(huán)檢測(cè)的實(shí)時(shí)性.最后,根據(jù)本文的場(chǎng)景顯著區(qū)域的幾何特點(diǎn)給出了顯著區(qū)域之間的觀測(cè)幾何匹配概率,提高了閉環(huán)檢測(cè)算法對(duì)歧義場(chǎng)景的分辨能力.與FAB-MAP 2.0的對(duì)比實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,在保證較高的閉環(huán)準(zhǔn)確率的條件下,本文算法能夠有效提高對(duì)不重合路徑閉環(huán)以及大視角變化的閉環(huán)的召回率,并具有良好的實(shí)時(shí)性.
[Abstract]:In the closed path inconsistent, closed loop VSLAM significant changes of view (visual simultaneous localization and mapping) closed-loop detection problem, and proposes an improved closed-loop scene detection algorithm based on salient region. The first design architecture scene Closed-loop Detection Based on salient regions, and construct the corresponding closed-loop probability model. Secondly, put forward key frame selection method of fusion feature tracking and RGB histogram matching, reduce the information redundancy of closed-loop detection process. Then, using the reverse index selection method based on the pre match scene, which greatly improves the real-time closed-loop detection. Finally, the matching probability between the observation geometry of salient regions are given according to the geometric characteristics of the scene significantly area, improve the resolution of the closed-loop detection method for ambiguous scenes. Compared with the FAB-MAP 2, higher in the quasi closed loop Under the condition of accuracy, this algorithm can effectively improve the closed loop recall of the closed loop and the large angle of view, and has good real-time performance.
