歷史人物本體構(gòu)建及其查詢推理研究

【摘要】:信息檢索、會話系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)得到廣泛研究和應(yīng)用,例如常用的檢索系統(tǒng)有百度、谷歌,會話系統(tǒng)小冰和Siri,以及服務(wù)行業(yè)的自動應(yīng)答系統(tǒng)等等。隨著智慧旅游熱度的提升,人們越來越希望從檢索系統(tǒng)或問答系統(tǒng)中獲得更加詳細和準確的旅游文化信息。國內(nèi)在智慧旅游和歷史文化信息檢索、人物關(guān)系推理、信息查詢方面有了一些研究,如《三國志》人物本體、旅游信息系統(tǒng)等,但是,歷史人物關(guān)系推理和查詢還需要深入研究。歷史人物作為文化的傳承者,其特殊的人物特性及超出常規(guī)的人物關(guān)系給人物的信息查詢和推理都帶來困難。歷史人物本體構(gòu)建的關(guān)鍵在于相關(guān)知識的獲取和知識表示及推理。本文采用描述邏輯來形式化表示人物本體,刻畫歷史人物特征,定義人物的原子概念和原子角色,對人物關(guān)系定義語義關(guān)系,構(gòu)建推理規(guī)則,提高語義準確度,進而實現(xiàn)隱含知識的推理。為了準確完備地構(gòu)建歷史人物本體和實現(xiàn)查詢推理,本文首先提取歷史人物在歷史背景下的相關(guān)特征和社會關(guān)系,分類定義了人物的原子概念和原子角色,通過原子概念構(gòu)造復(fù)雜概念,通過原子角色構(gòu)建復(fù)雜規(guī)則,規(guī)范領(lǐng)域內(nèi)的概念、屬性和概念間的語義聯(lián)系,從而構(gòu)建歷史人物本體模型,實現(xiàn)信息查詢和推理。最后通過靖江王府實例的應(yīng)用和研究驗證了本文歷史人物本體和推理機制的可行性,同時也為智慧旅游提供了智能推理機制。本文的主要工作包括以下幾個方面:(1)研究基于描述邏輯的歷史人物本體構(gòu)建方法,構(gòu)建符合歷史人物特征的王府人物領(lǐng)域本體。DL具有較強的表達能力和可判定性,能夠在語義層面上表達歷史人物特征。定義原子概念和原子角色,連接DL中的構(gòu)造算子來描述復(fù)合概念和復(fù)合關(guān)系。利用OWL編碼和可視化構(gòu)建工具Protege構(gòu)建歷史人物本體模型。(2)針對本體描述語言O(shè)WL DL推理能力不足的問題,本文提出基于SWRL(Semantic Web Rule Language)規(guī)則的查詢推理算法,該算法運用SWRL規(guī)則刻畫符合常識的歷史人物關(guān)系規(guī)則,將歷史人物概念間的邏輯關(guān)系轉(zhuǎn)化成規(guī)則語言,通過本體結(jié)合規(guī)則的方式來提供更強大充分的知識表示能力和推理能力,增強對歷史人物領(lǐng)域知識的演繹推理能力。(3)基于歷史人物本體知識庫和歷史人物關(guān)系規(guī)則集,以靖江王府為應(yīng)用場景設(shè)計實現(xiàn)了一個人物關(guān)系查詢推理系統(tǒng)原型。使用Jena推理機解析本體中的上下位概念,轉(zhuǎn)換本體模型中的人物相關(guān)知識,采用XSLT的方式轉(zhuǎn)化規(guī)則格式。推理機整合本體知識庫中的已知事實和自定義規(guī)則,推理得到隱含的語義查詢結(jié)果,為SPARQL查詢本體知識庫提供豐富的本體語義聯(lián)系。通過實驗驗證歷史人物關(guān)系查詢推理的可行性和有效性,實現(xiàn)靖江王府人物特征的可視化推理查詢。
[Abstract]:Information retrieval, conversation systems have been widely studied and applied, such as the commonly used retrieval systems Baidu, Google, session system Xiaobin and Siri. As well as the service industry automatic response system and so on. Along with the wisdom traveling heat rise. More and more people want to obtain more detailed and accurate tourism cultural information from the retrieval system or question answering system. In China, intelligent tourism and historical and cultural information retrieval, persona relations reasoning. There have been some research on information query, such as "three Kingdoms" personage ontology, tourism information system, etc. However, historical personage relationship reasoning and query still need to be further studied. Historical figures as cultural inheritors. It is difficult to query and infer the information of the characters because of its special character characteristics and abnormal relationship. The key to the construction of historical personage ontology lies in the acquisition, representation and reasoning of relevant knowledge. This paper uses description. Logic is used to formalize the persona ontology. Describe historical characters, define atomic concepts and atomic roles, define semantic relationships, construct inference rules, and improve semantic accuracy. In order to construct the ontology of historical figures accurately and completely and to realize query reasoning, this paper firstly extracts the relevant features and social relations of historical figures in the historical background. It defines the atomic concept and the atomic role of the person, constructs the complex concept through the atomic concept, constructs the complex rule through the atomic role, regulates the concept, attribute and the semantic relation between the concept in the domain. In order to build a historical personage ontology model to achieve information query and reasoning. Finally, through the application and research of Jingjiang Wangfu case, the feasibility of historical personage ontology and reasoning mechanism is verified. At the same time, it also provides intelligent reasoning mechanism for intelligent tourism. The main work of this paper includes the following aspects: 1) study the ontology construction method of historical figures based on description logic. The construction of Wang Fu character domain ontology, which accords with historical characters, has strong expressive ability and determinability. It can express historical characters on the semantic level and define atomic concepts and atomic roles. Connecting the constructor in DL to describe the compound concept and compound relation. Using OWL coding and Visual Construction tool Protege to construct the Ontology Model of Historical characters. Aiming at the problem of insufficient reasoning ability of Ontology description language (OWL DL). This paper presents a query reasoning algorithm based on SWRL(Semantic Web Rule language rules. The algorithm uses SWRL rules to depict historical relationship rules which accord with common sense, and transforms the logical relations between historical figures into rule language. It provides more powerful knowledge representation and reasoning ability by combining ontology with rules. Enhance the deductive reasoning ability of historical personage domain knowledge.) based on historical personage ontology knowledge base and historical personage relation rule set. Based on the Jingjiang Wangfu, a prototype of the personal-relationship inquiry reasoning system is designed and implemented. The Jena inference engine is used to analyze the upper and lower concepts in the ontology and to transform the personal-related knowledge in the ontology model. The rule format is transformed by XSLT. The inference engine integrates the known facts and custom rules in the ontology knowledge base, and the implicit semantic query results are obtained by reasoning. It provides abundant ontology semantic connection for SPARQL query ontology knowledge base, and verifies the feasibility and validity of historical personal-relationship query reasoning through experiments, and realizes visual reasoning query of Jingjiang Wangfu character feature.
