渦輪葉頂間隙自適應(yīng)控制的研究

【摘要】:為了達(dá)到減小渦輪葉片葉頂間隙泄露的目的,應(yīng)用數(shù)值模擬并輔之試驗(yàn)的方法對(duì)葉頂間隙泄漏流動(dòng)形成機(jī)理、渦輪自適應(yīng)葉頂噴氣控制機(jī)理及其對(duì)間隙流動(dòng)的控制作用進(jìn)行了研究。在此基礎(chǔ)上,著重研究了進(jìn)口位置、出口位置、噴氣孔直徑等自適應(yīng)葉頂噴氣孔參數(shù)以及葉頂間隙大小,對(duì)葉頂噴氣效果的影響規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明:自適應(yīng)葉頂噴氣孔進(jìn)口位置對(duì)葉頂噴氣性能影響不大;出口位置在葉頂中部,靠近壓力面時(shí),葉頂噴氣效果最佳;噴氣孔直徑為2mm(d/H=4.8%相對(duì)葉高)時(shí)效果較好;葉頂間隙越大,葉頂噴氣效果越差,當(dāng)間隙取到2mm(t/H=4.8%相對(duì)葉高)時(shí),葉頂噴氣已經(jīng)失去控制間隙泄漏的作用了。
[Abstract]:In order to reduce the leakage of tip clearance of turbine blade, the mechanism of leakage flow of tip clearance of turbine blade was studied by numerical simulation and experimental method. The mechanism of turbine adaptive blade top jet control and its control effect on clearance flow are studied. On this basis, the inlet position and outlet position are studied emphatically. The effect of the air vent diameter and the size of the blade tip clearance on the blade top jet effect is studied. The results show that the inlet position of the adaptive blade top jet hole has little effect on the blade top jet performance. When the outlet position is in the middle of the top of the leaf, when it is close to the pressure surface, the top of the blade has the best effect. The effect is better when the diameter of the jet hole is 2 mm / h / H = 4.8% relative to the leaf height. The bigger the tip clearance, the worse the effect of blade top ejection. When the gap reaches 2 mm / t / H (4.8% relative leaf height), the top blade jet has lost the function of controlling clearance leakage.
