無人機(jī)遙感技術(shù)在新疆皮山地震災(zāi)情獲取中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:2015年07月03日,新疆維吾爾自治區(qū)和田地區(qū)皮山縣(37.6°N,78.2°E)發(fā)生MS6.5級地震,震源深度10km。本文利用高性能無人機(jī)數(shù)據(jù)采集平臺獲取災(zāi)區(qū)高分辨率影像數(shù)據(jù),結(jié)合地震現(xiàn)場震害調(diào)查建立建筑物震害遙感解譯特征,采用人工目視解譯完成了災(zāi)區(qū)6個0.01°×0.01°格網(wǎng)評估區(qū)房屋類型及損毀程度應(yīng)急遙感調(diào)查,獲取測區(qū)地震災(zāi)情信息。結(jié)果表明:測區(qū)內(nèi)房屋結(jié)構(gòu)類型主要包括土木、磚木、磚混結(jié)構(gòu);倒塌房屋主要為土木結(jié)構(gòu)及個別老舊磚木結(jié)構(gòu)房屋,倒塌和局部倒塌的土木結(jié)構(gòu)房屋占評估區(qū)土木結(jié)構(gòu)房屋總數(shù)的68%,倒塌和局部倒塌的磚木結(jié)構(gòu)房屋占評估區(qū)磚木結(jié)構(gòu)房屋總數(shù)的12%;測區(qū)磚混結(jié)構(gòu)房屋局部倒塌1間,未倒塌228間,磚混結(jié)構(gòu)顯示出良好的抗震性能,對避免人員傷亡和減少經(jīng)濟(jì)損失起到重要作用。
[Abstract]:In July 3rd 2015, a MS6.5 earthquake occurred in Pishan County, Hotan region, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous region. The focal depth of the earthquake is 10km. this paper uses the high performance UAV data acquisition platform to obtain the high resolution image data of the disaster area, and establishes the remote sensing interpretation characteristics of the building earthquake damage in combination with the earthquake site earthquake damage investigation. An emergency remote sensing survey on the types of buildings and the degree of damage in 6 assessment areas of 0.01 擄脳 0.01 擄grid in the disaster area was completed by artificial visual interpretation. The results show that the structural types of buildings in the survey area mainly include civil engineering, brick, brick and concrete structure; The collapsed buildings are mainly civil structures and individual old brick buildings, and the collapse and partial collapse of civil structure houses account for 68% of the total number of civil structure houses in the assessment area. The masonry structure houses which collapsed and partially collapsed accounted for 12% of the total number of brick and wood structure houses in the assessment area. The masonry structure shows good seismic performance and plays an important role in avoiding casualties and reducing economic losses.
