【摘要】：如今生活中,圖像資源無(wú)處不在,海量的圖像讓人應(yīng)接不暇。如何快速有效地對(duì)這些圖像信息進(jìn)行查詢(xún)、檢索和組織,成為了當(dāng)前亟需解決的熱門(mén)問(wèn)題。而圖像自動(dòng)標(biāo)注是解決基于文本的圖像檢索的關(guān)鍵。文中提出的這套基于深度學(xué)習(xí)模型中的卷積神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型的多標(biāo)簽圖像自動(dòng)標(biāo)注系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)了多標(biāo)簽損失排名函數(shù),完成了多標(biāo)簽數(shù)據(jù)的訓(xùn)練與測(cè)試。在實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證上,先選取CIFAR-10數(shù)據(jù)集進(jìn)行算法的有效性測(cè)試,然后選取多標(biāo)簽圖像數(shù)據(jù)集Corel 5k進(jìn)行定量測(cè)試比較,結(jié)果表明,該算法的綜合性能指標(biāo)與現(xiàn)有算法相比有較大的提升。
[Abstract]:Now life, image resources everywhere, massive images of people. Too busy to attend to all how to effectively query the image information retrieval and organization, has become a hot issue to be solved. And the automatic image annotation is the key to solving the text based image retrieval. In this paper the multi label image deep learning convolutional neural network model based on the automatic annotation system, realizes the multi label ranking loss function, completed the training and testing of multi label data. In the experiment, test the validity of the selected CIFAR-10 data set of the algorithm, and then select the multi label image data sets Corel 5K quantitative comparison test results show that and the comprehensive performance index of the algorithm is greatly improved compared with the existing algorithms.
