【摘要】：達(dá)芬奇機(jī)器人手術(shù)作為治療早中期肺癌的一種微創(chuàng)手術(shù)方式,其地位一直以來(lái)存在爭(zhēng)議。本文通過(guò)廣泛查閱國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于達(dá)芬奇機(jī)器人手術(shù)治療肺癌的文獻(xiàn)報(bào)道,探討達(dá)芬奇機(jī)器人手術(shù)治療肺癌的現(xiàn)狀。結(jié)果顯示達(dá)芬奇機(jī)器人手術(shù)治療早中期肺癌是一種有效的手術(shù)方式,能達(dá)到傳統(tǒng)開(kāi)胸手術(shù)及電視輔助胸腔鏡手術(shù)的效果,同時(shí)又有電視輔助胸腔鏡手術(shù)不具備的優(yōu)勢(shì)。隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)在醫(yī)學(xué)領(lǐng)域的不斷發(fā)展,越來(lái)越多有條件的醫(yī)院開(kāi)展了達(dá)芬奇機(jī)器人手術(shù)。達(dá)芬奇手術(shù)系統(tǒng)微創(chuàng)手術(shù)能否成為肺癌主流的微創(chuàng)手術(shù)方式,還需要進(jìn)一步臨床研究來(lái)證實(shí)。
[Abstract]:Da Vinci robot surgery as a minimally invasive surgery for early and middle stage lung cancer, its status has been controversial. This article through a wide range of domestic and foreign literature on the treatment of lung cancer da Vinci robot surgery reports. To discuss the present situation of da Vinci robot surgery for lung cancer. The results showed that da Vinci robot operation was an effective surgical method for early and middle stage lung cancer. It can achieve the results of traditional thoracotomy and video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery, but also has the advantages that video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery does not. With the development of science and technology in the field of medicine. Leonardo da Vinci robot surgery has been carried out in more and more qualified hospitals. Whether the minimally invasive surgery of Leonardo da Vinci surgical system can become the mainstream minimally invasive surgery for lung cancer still needs further clinical research to confirm.
