多功能醫(yī)療分析儀控制系統(tǒng)—溫度控制、電機控制研究

【摘要】:隨著社會發(fā)展,人們對健康的關注度越來越高,醫(yī)生可以通過生化、血凝和特定蛋白分析結果判斷病人身體狀況。針對城鄉(xiāng)醫(yī)院、救援和野外作戰(zhàn)醫(yī)院存在資金、空間不足的情況,設計多功能分析儀對占有廣闊市場,提高生活品質具有現實意義。本系統(tǒng)根據朗伯-比爾檢測原理對信號進行采集、處理和分析。主控板控制核心采用STM32F207芯片,通過AD590和帕爾貼對溫度進行檢測和控制,利用USB與PC機進行數據傳輸,選用Lv8729對電機控制進行細分,通過CAN總線實現泵閥控制。本系統(tǒng)引入RT-thread實時操作系統(tǒng)提高各模塊的協(xié)調能力。針對儀器在不同地域使用環(huán)境的差別,設計自適應溫度控制算法,實現溫度的智能控制,實現±0.5℃精度指標。通過實驗和仿真對常規(guī)控制、模糊算法和BP神經網絡進行了比較。另外通過設計細分電路和加減速算法,提高電機運行速度,減少失步和過沖現象,提高檢測的精度。通過實驗證明該方法能提高每次檢測的重復性并節(jié)約每次測試的時間。實現了對各模塊的調試,包括圖形化界面的設計。最后,對血液樣本進行檢測,測試結果符合儀器的測試指標。
[Abstract]:With the development of society, people pay more and more attention to health. Doctors can judge patients' physical condition through biochemical analysis, hemagglutination and specific protein analysis. Rescue and field war hospitals exist in the situation of lack of funds and space, the design of a multi-function analyzer to occupy a broad market. Improving the quality of life is of practical significance. The system collects, processes and analyzes the signal according to the principle of Lamber-Bill detection. The main control board control core adopts STM32F207 chip. The temperature is detected and controlled by AD590 and Partil, the data is transmitted by USB and PC, and the motor control is subdivided by Lv8729. The pump valve control is realized by CAN bus. The RT-thread real-time operating system is introduced into the system to improve the coordination ability of each module.
