【摘要】：根據(jù)"天地一體化"動(dòng)態(tài)監(jiān)管技術(shù)對(duì)地面現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)查的支撐技術(shù)及設(shè)備提出的新要求,提出了一套生產(chǎn)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目水土保持"天地一體化"動(dòng)態(tài)監(jiān)管信息移動(dòng)采集與管理解決方案,并結(jié)合生產(chǎn)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目監(jiān)管示范任務(wù),開發(fā)了一套集移動(dòng)空間數(shù)據(jù)管理、高精度定位、遠(yuǎn)距離測(cè)繪、移動(dòng)輸出、無(wú)線數(shù)據(jù)傳輸通信、云端數(shù)據(jù)管理等先進(jìn)技術(shù)為一體的水土保持監(jiān)管信息移動(dòng)采集系統(tǒng),可有效提高現(xiàn)場(chǎng)信息采集工作效率,滿足內(nèi)外業(yè)實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)互動(dòng)、全國(guó)數(shù)據(jù)共享、歷史數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)一管理等需求。
[Abstract]:According to the "integration of heaven and earth" dynamic supervision technology to the ground field investigation support technology and equipment put forward new requirements. This paper puts forward a set of solutions for dynamic information collection and management of soil and water conservation "integration of heaven and earth" in production construction project, and combines with the demonstration task of supervision and management of production construction project. A set of mobile spatial data management, high-precision positioning, remote mapping, mobile output, wireless data transmission communication is developed. The mobile collection system of soil and water conservation supervision information based on advanced technology such as cloud data management can effectively improve the efficiency of field information collection and meet the real-time data interaction between domestic and foreign industries and national data sharing. Historical data unified management and other needs.
