【摘要】:各個高校和企業(yè)的實驗室作為國家科技創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略的“橋頭堡”和新技術(shù)的誕生地,伴隨著國家和人民對高新科技大量不斷的需求而日益涌現(xiàn)。無論是國家高校建設(shè)的還是民間企業(yè)建設(shè)的實驗室,都是實施創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略、提高國家科技競爭優(yōu)勢的核心力量。然而在科技創(chuàng)新實驗室大發(fā)展的同時,也總是出現(xiàn)各種本應(yīng)避免的事故,造成不小的人員傷亡和財產(chǎn)損失。這使得與實驗室配套的安全保障設(shè)施的建設(shè)變得尤為重要,其中包括對實驗室氣體環(huán)境中危險氣體的監(jiān)測。而大部分的危險氣體都無色無味,使人不易察覺,這就需要智能的氣體環(huán)境監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)來保障環(huán)境的安全。目前,已有的一些實驗室氣體環(huán)境監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)大多為配備落后管理系統(tǒng)的有線監(jiān)測網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)。這種系統(tǒng)安裝布線雜亂,節(jié)點智能化程度低,維護性和擴展性差,而且查看數(shù)據(jù)以及管理系統(tǒng)都很困難。通過無線傳感網(wǎng)絡(luò)實現(xiàn)對氣體環(huán)境的實時檢測,輔以智能管理系統(tǒng),再協(xié)同相應(yīng)的報警排險系統(tǒng)的氣體環(huán)境監(jiān)測系統(tǒng),必將成為企業(yè)安全生產(chǎn)創(chuàng)新應(yīng)用的新方向。本文以智能實驗室氣體環(huán)境監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)設(shè)計為研究對象,利用新型的物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)驅(qū)動整個系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)。依靠微軟.NET平臺設(shè)計了基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)相關(guān)的傳感器技術(shù)、短距離無線通信技術(shù)和數(shù)據(jù)處理技術(shù)來完成本系統(tǒng)設(shè)計。在本監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計中,被監(jiān)測的環(huán)境為實驗室工作區(qū)域的氣態(tài)環(huán)境,包括可燃、有毒氣體的監(jiān)測。其中,傳感節(jié)點擁有數(shù)據(jù)采集、信息處理、無線傳輸?shù)裙δ。本系統(tǒng)的上位機軟件將對底層匯聚來的數(shù)據(jù)進行融合處理,并以友好的方式通過WPF(Windows Presentation Foundation)桌面應(yīng)用展現(xiàn)在用戶面前。如若出現(xiàn)危機情況,例如可燃、易爆或有毒氣體出現(xiàn)泄露,本系統(tǒng)將在第一時間通知用戶出現(xiàn)險情并提示險情區(qū)域,從而達到智能監(jiān)測環(huán)境的目的。因此,本系統(tǒng)主要解決的任務(wù)包括對傳感器節(jié)點數(shù)據(jù)的及時采集,以及為提高數(shù)據(jù)可讀性而進行的數(shù)據(jù)處理和展示。
[Abstract]:All of the universities and enterprises as the birthplace of the laboratory of national science and technology innovation strategy of "bridgehead" and new technology, with the country and the people of technology unceasing demand and increasingly emerge. Both the construction of national universities and the construction of private enterprise's laboratory, is the implementation of innovation driven development strategy to enhance the core competitive advantage of power the national science and technology. However, in the development of science and technology innovation laboratory at the same time, it always appears all should avoid the accident caused no small casualties and property losses. This makes the construction of safety facilities and laboratory facilities has become particularly important, including monitoring of hazardous gases in the environment. The laboratory gas and hazardous gases most of the colorless and tasteless, make people difficult to detect, which requires the gas environment intelligent monitoring system to ensure environmental safety. At present, the existing Some laboratory gas environment monitoring system mostly cable monitoring network system with backward management system. This system wiring clutter, intelligent node, maintainability and scalability, and view data and management system are very difficult. The wireless sensor network to achieve real-time detection of gas environment, combined with intelligent management the system of environmental monitoring system, gas alarm system and the corresponding cooperation, will become the new direction of production safety innovation application of enterprise. With the intelligent gas monitoring system design laboratory environment as the research object, the construction of the whole system to drive the use of networking technology to new. Rely on Microsoft.NET platform is designed based on sensor networking technology related, short distance wireless communication technology and data processing technology to complete the design of the system. In the design of the monitoring system, was sent to prison Test environment for the laboratory work area of gaseous environment, including flammable, toxic gas. The sensor nodes have data acquisition, information processing, wireless transmission and other functions. The system of the PC software to integrate the data processing on the bottom of convergence, and in a friendly manner through WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation) desktop applications show in front of the user. If a crisis situation, such as flammable, explosive or toxic gas leak occurs, the system will be the first time to notify the user of danger and prompt the danger area, so as to achieve the purpose of intelligent monitoring of the environment. Therefore, this system is mainly to solve the task including the timely collection of sensor nodes and data. To improve the readability of data processing and data display.
