【摘要】:茶葉炒制溫度對茶葉品質(zhì)有很大的影響,針對現(xiàn)有炒茶機(jī)溫控系統(tǒng)存在溫度控制精度低、調(diào)節(jié)時(shí)間長等缺點(diǎn),研發(fā)適用于高端名優(yōu)茶炒制的溫度智能控制系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)以單片機(jī)AT89S52為核心,采用鉑熱電阻作為溫度傳感器,通過電流變送器XTR106對不平衡電橋輸出信號進(jìn)行線性化處理,并結(jié)合模糊控制理論和專家系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)了一種模糊專家控制器。對所設(shè)計(jì)的溫度控制系統(tǒng)測試結(jié)果表明,在0~300℃范圍內(nèi)系統(tǒng)具有較好的動靜態(tài)性能,靜態(tài)誤差小于±1℃,超調(diào)量小于2.36%,過渡過程時(shí)間小于27s,能很好地滿足高端名優(yōu)茶炒制對溫度控制的要求。
[Abstract]:The temperature of tea frying has a great influence on the quality of tea. The existing temperature control system of tea frying machine has some shortcomings, such as low precision of temperature control and long adjusting time. A temperature intelligent control system suitable for high-end famous tea frying is developed. The system uses AT89S52 as the core and platinum thermal resistance as the temperature sensor. The unbalanced bridge output signal is linearized by current transmitter XTR106. Combined with fuzzy control theory and expert system, a fuzzy expert controller is designed. The test results of the designed temperature control system show that the system has better dynamic and static performance in the range of 0 ~ 300 鈩,
