【摘要】：為了實(shí)現(xiàn)超濾系統(tǒng)復(fù)雜的運(yùn)行邏輯,提出采用S7-300 PLC來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)超濾系統(tǒng)的自動(dòng)控制。介紹了超濾系統(tǒng)的工藝流程和工藝控制要求,對(duì)控制系統(tǒng)的硬件和軟件進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì),給出了部分PLC控制程序,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)了單組超濾裝置自動(dòng)運(yùn)行的邏輯控制和多組超濾裝置并聯(lián)自動(dòng)運(yùn)行的排隊(duì)沖洗控制。應(yīng)用結(jié)果表明,該控制系統(tǒng)很大程序提高了超濾系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行的自動(dòng)化程度,降低了工人的勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度,且運(yùn)行可靠穩(wěn)定,為超濾系統(tǒng)的控制提供了一種新的思路。
[Abstract]:In order to realize the complex operation logic of the ultrafiltration system, S7-300 PLC is used to realize the automatic control of the ultrafiltration system. The process flow and process control requirements of the ultrafiltration system are introduced. The hardware and software of the control system are designed in detail, and some PLC control programs are given. Finally, the logic control of automatic operation of single group ultrafiltration device and the queue washing control of parallel automatic operation of multiple groups of ultrafiltration devices are realized. The application results show that. The large program of the control system improves the automation degree of the ultrafiltration system, reduces the labor intensity of the workers, and runs reliably and stably, which provides a new way of thinking for the control of the ultrafiltration system.
