【摘要】:冷軋堆染色工藝是一種介于浸染工藝與連續(xù)軋染工藝之間的半連續(xù)化工藝,F(xiàn)階段,冷軋堆染色主要應(yīng)用于機(jī)織物的染色工藝上,針織物的結(jié)構(gòu)和性能相比于機(jī)織物有較大的差別,冷軋堆染色工藝應(yīng)用于針織物的染料和電氣控制設(shè)備的選擇也有一定的差異。提高針織物冷軋堆染色工藝品質(zhì)是多因素的系統(tǒng)工程,而張力控制是其中非常重要的環(huán)節(jié),針織物印染時(shí)會(huì)因張力偏差而產(chǎn)生縫頭印,而且收卷時(shí)也會(huì)發(fā)生過松或過緊而嚴(yán)重影響染色效果。由此可見,加大對(duì)針織物冷軋堆染色機(jī)張力控制的研究將會(huì)進(jìn)一步縮減印染成本。本文從針織物冷軋堆染色機(jī)的組成和生產(chǎn)工藝入手,分析針織物的性能和冷軋堆染色的特點(diǎn),將針織物冷軋堆染色機(jī)分為進(jìn)布冷卻單元、印染單元和收卷單元進(jìn)行研究進(jìn)而確定各單元張力控制設(shè)計(jì)方案。根據(jù)針織物冷軋堆染色中各工藝單元對(duì)張力的不同控制要求,采用獨(dú)立調(diào)節(jié)與主動(dòng)和被動(dòng)張力控制相結(jié)合,對(duì)不同工序段張力采用不同的控制模式,完成預(yù)設(shè)的控制目標(biāo)。為解決針織物冷軋堆染色機(jī)張力控制的難點(diǎn),通過各單元進(jìn)行動(dòng)態(tài)力學(xué)分析,建立張力控制模型,搭配更適應(yīng)動(dòng)態(tài)非線性系統(tǒng)的模糊自適應(yīng)PID算法實(shí)現(xiàn)張力控制?紤]到軋車速度為基準(zhǔn)和前兩個(gè)單元的相似的恒控制特點(diǎn),對(duì)針織物冷軋堆染色機(jī)的進(jìn)布冷卻單元和印染單元分別采用角位移傳感器和張力傳感器與高性能交流矢量變頻器搭配進(jìn)行控制,保證印染的穩(wěn)定。根據(jù)針織物收卷的剩余纏繞張力和初始纏繞張力之間的關(guān)系,對(duì)收卷單元采用高性能交流矢量變頻器和張力傳感器進(jìn)行張力錐度控制,保證收卷的剩余纏繞張力穩(wěn)定。利用Simulink對(duì)各單元張力控制系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行仿真實(shí)驗(yàn),得到了響應(yīng)的張力和速度的響應(yīng)曲線,分析了控制算法和控制模型的合理性,還使用Matlab/GUI實(shí)現(xiàn)了針織物冷軋堆染色機(jī)多單元張力控制系統(tǒng)的仿真曲線和參數(shù)實(shí)時(shí)在GUI界面上的顯示,在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)多單元張力控制系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了多組仿真實(shí)驗(yàn)。通過仿真實(shí)驗(yàn)為進(jìn)一步研究針織物冷軋堆染色機(jī)張力控制系統(tǒng)提供了理論參考。
[Abstract]:Cold pad batch dyeing process between dyeing process and continuous pad dyeing process for semi continuous. At this stage, the dyeing process of cold pad batch dyeing is mainly used in woven fabric on the structure and properties of knitted fabrics than woven fabrics have great differences, technology should be used for cold pad batch dyeing of knitted fabrics and dyes electric control equipment choice also has certain differences. To improve the quality of cold pad batch dyeing of knitted fabric is a system engineering of many factors, and the tension control is a very important part of the knitted fabric dyeing when the tension deviation caused joint seal and rolling will occur too loose or too tight and serious the dyeing effect. Thus, increase the dyeing machine tension control research will be further reduced the cost of printing and dyeing of knitted fabric. The cold rolled heap from fabric cold pad batch dyeing composition and production process of the machine, analysis The properties of knitting fabric and cold pad batch dyeing, knitted fabrics pad into the cooling unit of cloth dyeing machine, dyeing unit and winding unit of each unit and to determine the design of tension control scheme. According to the fabric pad dyeing on the tension of each process unit with the control requirements, the independent regulation and active and passive tension control combined with different control modes of different tension process, complete control of the target. In order to solve the difficulties of knitted fabric cold pad batch dyeing machine tension control, dynamic mechanical analysis by each unit, a tension control model, collocation is more suitable for fuzzy adaptive PID algorithm of dynamic nonlinear system to realize tension control. Considering the rolling speed constant control car benchmark and the first two units similar to that of knitted fabric cold pad batch dyeing machine into the cooling unit and single printing and dyeing cloth Yuan respectively by the angular displacement sensor and a tension sensor with high performance AC vector inverter control to ensure the collocation, printing and dyeing stability. According to the fabric winding residual winding tension and winding tension relationship between initial tension, taper control of the coiling unit adopts high performance AC vector frequency converter and tension sensor, ensure that the residual wound stable tension winding. Simulation experiments on each unit of tension control system based on Simulink, the response of the tension and speed, analyzes the rationality of the control algorithm and control model, but also realize the use of Matlab/GUI knitted fabric cold pad batch dyeing machine multi unit tension control system simulation curves and parameters in real-time GUI interface on the show, on the basis of the multiple sets of simulation experiments of multi unit tension control system. Through the simulation experiment for the further study of needle A theoretical reference is provided for the tension control system of the fabric cold-rolled pile dyeing machine.
